Abstract: Using the first-principles self-consistent discrete variational method based upon density
functional theory, we investigated the energetics and the electronic structure of the 3d impurities Ni
and Co in a kink on the [100](010) edge dislocation (ED) in bcc iron.
Dislocations are always present in most crystalline materials and influence a variety of properties, including mechanical, electric, optical and magnetic [2].
It is commonly accepted that the dislocation motion in materials having a high Peierls relief is accomplished by the nucleation and propagation of kinks along the dislocation line [2].
However, this very transparent but simplified concept is insufficient to describe the mechanical properties of real materials, where the impurity-kink interactions play a crucial role in kink dynamics.

., it requires an accurate geometric shape and parameters with a low roughness of a machined surface, it requires machining of parts and materials to which only the process of grinding can be utilized, or the other processes are almost out of use (e.g., machining of hardened steels), as it demands machining of components for which the grinding process is the most efficient. [6]
Advantages of hard turning Among main advantages of the technology mentions that a reduction of material is relatively high compared to grinding, heat emission is limited to the sphere of a point of a machine and thus a heat impact of a surface level of a work piece is reduced, the technology shows a high flexibility level especially while working of sectional rotation surfaces, it demonstrates a significant reduction of a work piece period and in continuous production period compared to grinding, limits, resp. elimination of cutting fluids which is beneficial to ecologization of production.

Material used in diamond beads manufacture may be of natural or synthetic origin.
The main difference between both is the addition of an abrasive material to the water to increase the cutting power of the water jet when using the abrasive water method. [9].
This methodology can treat, without reducing the productivity, rock of very thin thickness and particularly fragile materials, thus allowing to enlarge the market of applications of the technology that makes use of the water jet, both for cutting and for surface finishing [12].
While the water jet technique is used in quarries for cutting and extracting rock blocks "in situ", the abrasive material combined with water jet (Abrasive Water Jet) is used in the cutting and molding of decorative parts.

Bronze-steel was selected as friction pair material between worm wheel and worm, so equivalent friction angle φν was 5.71o~10.20o.
Aluminum alloy whose elastic modulus E was 69GPa, poisson ratio μ was 0.31 and density ρ was 2800kg/m3 was selected as the material of adjusting mechanism.
Because the breaking point of the material σb was 85MP, the mechanism fulfilled stress condition.

The material consists of several phases.
The presence of precipitate phases embedded in the matrix makes it a heterogeneous material.
The relation between F and the mass fraction P can be obtained considering an elementary domain of material of mass δm.

Keywords: aluminum supply and demand, invert ”U” curve, primary aluminum production, secondary aluminum production.
Introduction Aluminum is a widely used fundamental material and is imperative for industrial and economic development.
The above implies that for many secondary materials an essentially global industry has developed on the basis of profit incentives, and prices are determined by demand and supply in these markets[4].
Secondary aluminum raw materials mainly rely on imports, which makes China's aluminum industry external dependency is very high, and by the rapid development of recent 20 years, significantly increased the social stock of China's aluminum, Chinese imports aluminum scrap began to slowly reducing , aluminum scrap self-sufficiency ability raise.

Abstract.
Generally speaking, the structure and size are close, the materials and working environment are similar between two brands of tri-cone bit.
In order to optimize design of tri-cone bit, the materials, and heat treatment of the roller bearing anti-friction pair should be taken into consideration besides the radial clearance of assembling bit.

Material properties were defined with reference to some preliminary compression tests performed on
thin leaf masonry specimens (Giuriani et al. 2007) and to the values proposed by Lofti & Shing 1994
and Lourenço 1994.
Material properties are summarized in Fig. 5a.
The unrealistic plateau of the curves at the mechanism onset follows the assumption of perfectly plastic behavior of the material in compression.
