The diameters of nanofibers were controlled by adjusting the selected affecting parameters such as solution concentration, rotational speed of spinning head, syringe content as well as applied voltage.
Using additives such as salts [3, 4], polyelectrolytes [5], ionic surfactants [6], or some additives may change the properties of polymer solution, mainly the conductivity [7].
We produce solid state polymerized polyamide PA66 nanofibers via well enhanced centrifuge electrospinning by adjusting selected affecting parameters.
Fig. 2 shows FESEM images of SSP PA66 nanofibers fabricated via ASCES by properly adjusting affecting parameters.
The images demonstrate that the new invention has unique ability to produce ultrafine nanofibers just by adjusting some affecting parameters.
