Solid wastes are mainly included waste reagent bottle containers, waste ink tank, waste packaging materials, factory office waste, wastewater treatment sludge, waste silicon slag, waste glass, liquid crystal cell waste, waste resin powder, scrap circuit boards, electronic components waste, scrap tin slag, paint residues, etc.

For the construction of conservation-oriented campus, Construction and Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China and Development and Planning Department of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China authorize Tongji University, Tianjin University, Chongqing University and Shenzhen Institute of Building Research to compile the Guidelines of Constructive Technology of Campus Building Energy Saving Supervisory System for Colleges and Universities, which is referred to as a guide rule.
The construction wall materials with low thermal conductivity can be used in the buildings [5].
