Abstract:

[Abstract] In the past decades, the research on the double-professional teachers quality and the students employment competence still stayed in the primary level of the definition ability and quality requirementsprinciples of cultivating stratege and management mechanism. Most of them just stood on one side not between the two; via statistical method not metering method; focusing on the theoretical research and neglecting the empirical research. In order to find out the significant difference and realize the objectives, we use both metering method and sempirical analysis--a breakthrough of nomal system to study on the influencing factors and action mechanism about them.
