., it requires an accurate geometric shape and parameters with a low roughness of a machined surface, it requires machining of parts and materials to which only the process of grinding can be utilized, or the other processes are almost out of use (e.g., machining of hardened steels), as it demands machining of components for which the grinding process is the most efficient. [6] Advantages of hard turning Among main advantages of the technology mentions that a reduction of material is relatively high compared to grinding, heat emission is limited to the sphere of a point of a machine and thus a heat impact of a surface level of a work piece is reduced, the technology shows a high flexibility level especially while working of sectional rotation surfaces, it demonstrates a significant reduction of a work piece period and in continuous production period compared to grinding, limits, resp. elimination of cutting fluids which is beneficial to ecologization of production.

Material used in diamond beads manufacture may be of natural or synthetic origin.
The main difference between both is the addition of an abrasive material to the water to increase the cutting power of the water jet when using the abrasive water method. [9].
This methodology can treat, without reducing the productivity, rock of very thin thickness and particularly fragile materials, thus allowing to enlarge the market of applications of the technology that makes use of the water jet, both for cutting and for surface finishing [12].
While the water jet technique is used in quarries for cutting and extracting rock blocks "in situ", the abrasive material combined with water jet (Abrasive Water Jet) is used in the cutting and molding of decorative parts.
