China's development plan on energy reduction targets three northeastern provinces, where 17% of Liaoning province, Jilin and Heilongjiang is 16% in Twelfth Five-Year.
Data Sources The GDP data is adopted from China Statistical Yearbook.
The energy consumption data is adopted by Liaoning Yearbook, Jilin Yearbook, Heilongjiang Yearbook, China Yearbook and China Energy Statistical Yearbook.
Calculation of Carbon Emissions The method is used in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) carbon emission calculation methods in this article, with each energy carbon emission factor and combined with the query data from 1995 to 2010 in Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang carbon consumptions to calculate carbon emissions.
According to data collected about the three northeastern provinces of the over the years energy consumption as (a)-(j) shown in Figure 1, the three northeastern provinces carbon emission intensity of over the years as k shown in Figure 1.

Ideally system identification (SI) techniques would provide a more practical alternative directly from experimental data (input-output data) which has the main advantages as follows: Better accuracy of the parameter estimate; Applicability both to full-scale and model-scale tests; Reduction of time and expense required by each trial; Simplification of the experimental equipment.
The input data needed are sway velocity, angular velocity of the underwater vehicle, and output data needed are rotate speeds of the thrusters.
To obtain the data needed, some trial of zigzag tests were carried out.
With these trial data of zigzag, adopting the method as stated above, the hydrodynamic derivatives of this vehicle were estimated.
Considering the number of error sources in the trials data and calculation errors in the simulation the results are reasonable.

Compared with PP/starch blend, the presence of diethanol amine changes the morphology and increases the plasticity of starch due to the reduction effect of intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions.
Tensile properties of samples were measured with a CMT-6000 Electric Universal Tester (Shenzhen SANS, China) at 25±2 oC according to ASTM 638 standard, and the data reported here were the means of quintuplicate experiments.
Flexural measurements were also carried out on a CMT-6000 Electric Universal Tester with a span of 40 mm (transversal area of 13×3 mm) according to ASTM D 790 standard, and the data reported here were the means of quintuplicate experiments.
Srabayeeta Basu Roy also observed that incorporating 20 wt% potato starch leads to a reduction of tensile strength of PP by about 30 %, but he did not give the change of elongation at break [9].

The testing extracts were evaluated the effect on fibroblast cell viability using resazurin reduction assay.
Meanwhile, C and E extract induced cytotoxicity on NIH 3T3 cells by reduction of cell viability.
The cell viability was determined by resazurin (Sigma-Aldrich, USA) reduction assay, whereby the cells were incubated for 4 h at 37°C in 100 µl fresh DMEM containing 50 µg/ml resazurin.
The statistical data were expressed as mean ± SEM.
Effect of J. sambac flower extracted on cell viability The cell viability of the NIH 3T3 fibroblast cells was assessed by resazurin reduction assay.

By high temperature incineration, the pathogens and other harmful in sludge substances are completely eliminated, and sludge can reach to 90% of the reduction and maximum harmless with large daily processing capacity.[1] Sheng he-tai, based on a failure cases of sludge treatment plant, says the risk of sludge treatment projects of BOT model for private enterprises is mainly the limited public sector coordination, expense, project changes, technology innovation and process control, cost calculations.[2] Zhou stressed the public opinion risk group caused by improper siting of waste incineration plant, especially on sewage sludge incineration project[3].

Strength and ductility For nanostructured pure metals such as Cu and Ni, experimental data showed that their strength and hardness increase with a reduction of grain size down into the nanometer regime following the classical Hall-Petch relationship.
The measured data for the electrodeposited pure Cu with nano-scale twins are also included [2]. 3.
And the degree of superheating increases with a reduction of particle size in the d -1 rule [3].

Introduction On the background of energy policy promotion about the reduction of energy consumption and pollutants discharging from China, methods of energy saving and consumption reducing have always been focused.
Then we can finally reach the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
Take heating coefficient of performance of AHP (COPh ) as 1.7, by calculation on variable working conditions of the unit [5], we can know data of Qh, Btp, Pe and Qh of the two ways.
Take the data into equation (1), we can obtain ηtp, under equal steam extraction pressure (Pt) and steam extraction quantity (Dt), the comparison of the ηtp is shown in Fig.2.

New data on superplastic behaviour of commercial alloys, on diffusion bonding of similar and dissimilar materials, and superplastic forming of titanium alloys are presented.
Introduction Although at present the superplastic shaping is a mature technology, still there is a critical task of reduction of its cost and enhancing its efficiency.
According to the well-known kinetic equation of superplastic deformation (SPD) and vast experimental data, characteristics of SPD are significantly improved with decreasing the grain size.
Warm rolling was performed at a temperature of about T=600°C and the strain rates 10-2-10-1 s-1, with a 10-15% reduction and intermediate reheating of the billet at each pass.
A reduction of the grain size increases the total length of grain boundaries in the material that leads to an increase in the contribution of the grain boundary sliding to total deformation.

We discuss how to use optical communication to transmit data at multi-Gigabits in HAP to HAP and HAP to Satellite.
As depicted in Fig. 1, optical links between HAPs, satellites, and ground stations are envisioned to serve as broadband backhaul communication channels if data from various sensors or RF communication terminals onboard the HAP is to be transmitted, or if a HAP works as a data relay station.
When the signal is received by the receiver, the receiver converts data carried by the optical input signal into an electrical output signal.
These data confirm the previous free-space propagation hypothesis.
