Abstract: With six-speed rotary viscometer measuring the rheology of drilling fluid at low temperature, during the high-speed process, the drilling fluid temperature is not constant at low temperature, which leads to the inaccuracy in rheological measurement.
R/S Rheometer The R/S rheometer is American Brookfield company produces concentric cylinder rheometer.The R/S rheometer test Newtonian viscosity, Also can measure the non Newtonian fluid viscosity function at a constant shear rate.At the same time, R/S rheometer can also be measured material rheological properties under different shear rate,The R/S rheometer using motor has high power precision,And the use of no gear and mechanical power sensing device optical decoder,accordingly, can be done without error control torque.The R/S rheometer can be stand-alone operation, can also be controlled by computer.The R/S rheometer can be used to measure the fluid shear thinning, thixotropy, the influence of the temperature.

Basic data employed in the numerical study are as follows: the material density is , the elasticity module is , the Poisson ratio is 0.3, the dynamical friction coefficient is 0.15 and the bolt pretightening displacement is 0.5mm, the direction of which goes along the bolt shank.
