Seismic performance evaluation of multistory brick buildings have always been major in urban earthquake disaster prevention planning, but the natural environment, construction and the materials of brick buildings varied widely in different parts, how fast, accurate evaluation of the seismic performance of brick buildings is discussed in this paper.
