Abstract.

This suggests that the change of the interface structures by Ar POA is mainly arisen not at the oxide side but at the SiC side of the interface layer since the UPS measurement with smaller θe is more surface-sensitive in general for amorphous material.

After shutting the well for pressure relief, the insulation sleeve of the secondary throttling needle valve of wellhead Water Jacket Furnace was removed for inspection, and the pipe outlet was found to be filled with black sand-like viscous material, as shown in Fig.3.
