Abstract.
Heavy industry is the important pillar of Hebei's economic and social development, the development of low carbon economy does not mean to limit the development of heavy industry, but using low carbon technologies to promote industrial structure’s adjustment, gradually establish a meet the requirements of the modern industrial system with low energy consumption, low material consumptions, low carbon development model.

In the iron making process, solid raw material such as iron ore, coke and limestone are charged
to the top of the blast furnace, and preheated air is blown into the furnace from the bottom through
the tuyeres.
The time cost from solid raw material to molten hot metal is about 6h and the time sample [Si] is about interval of 2h.
