Introduction
Laser induced plasma spectroscopy(LIBS) is gradually on the rise in recent years, a broad-spectrum detection technology, it is one of the atomic emission spectrometry using a focused laser pulse in the material surface,To form a local high temperature, leading to partial sample vaporized, resulting in the sample atoms or molecules in an excited state or ionized thereby plasma plume is formed on the sample surface.
Excited state atoms and ions in the plasma portion of the energy in the form of light in the relaxation processradiation, this radiation with a significant element feature information. however this characteristic lines tend to have a very narrow linewidth, and therefore need to be collected by high-resolution spectrometer, recording and analysis of radiation spectrum, in order to achievepurpose of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical elements in the solid, liquid and gas samples., the LIBS technology applications areas in addition to the traditional chemical analysis,There also includes environmental monitoring, industrial line measurement, biotechnology, heritage conservation, nuclearindustrial, deep space exploration, marine science, surface analysis, and many other areas. In this paper, a self-made high-resolution miniature fiber optical spectrometer.
Taking into account the liquid and solid materials LIBS signal is weak, it ultimately has a high sensitivity ILX554B changed detector has the following characteristics: effective pixels number 2048; pixel size of 14 um * 56 um; single 5 V power supply; ultra-high sensitivity; built-in timing generator and clock drive; built-in sample-and-hold circuit; maximum clock frequency of 2 MHz.

Biomaterials science is a relatively young discipline, still experiencing a steady growth in developing new materials and testing new techniques.
Tissue engineering – progenitor cells and/or bioactive molecules are seeded on three-dimensional modified and absorbable materials (scaffolds).
The bioactive implanted materials then release bioactive molecules at a controlled speed, activating in this way cells and their interactions.
At the same time, synthetic materials are ever more used since their structural and architectural features can be checked during the production phase.

Keywords: adsorption process, sulfur dioxide, natural zeolite, approximating analytical solution, distributed parameter process, mathematical modeling.
The P1 and P2 constants can be, also, experimentally determined, using the following procedure: an experiment as it was presented in the first part of the Paragraph is made; after the adsorption time is reached, the experiment is stopped; the zeolite is extracted from the adsorption column and sectioning with transversal cuts the material in different points associated to the 0p axis, the distance on the 0p axis between the last section which have reached at the saturation regime and the section associated to the output edge of the zeolite is determined, resulting the value ps = 4cm.
