The U.S.Department of Labor describes the Engineers as follows: apply the principles of science and mathematics to develop economical solutions to technical problems [13].
They have to familiar with different kinds of mould manufacturing equipments, communicate with engineers, workers, bosses, users, material suppliers etc.
What are the relationships involved among engineers, workers, bosses, users, mould material suppliers, even manufacturing equipments?
We used these materials as a convenient and effective way to bring the latest design ideas, techniques and the nation’s top mould experts into the classroom.

In regard to how to improve the management and science of the metro project, as well as strengthening the “objective management and process control", many scholars have done a lot of useful explorations.
The construction sites, on the one hand, need to deal with the existing traffic flow pressure, on the other hand, need to enclose construction sites and consider the entry and exist of construction machinery, materials, equipment, and personnel, which require the metro implementation process to separate the production supply of equipment and materials from used space.
