Experimental 1.1 Materials Maize starch was obtained from Hengren Trade Co.
Because the reactive dye was formed a bridge between the cellulose material and the thickener so that thickener couldn’t be easily washed, which led to a poor fabric softness performance.

Reduce the elastic modulus of material for fixed guide vanes to keep the tensile-compression rigidity of fixed guide vanes unchanged[1,3]. (2) Tensile gap-element and compressive gap-element are introduced to simulate restraint forces on fixed guide vanes[2]. (3) Plane stress element is adopted to simulate the fixed guide vanes.
To keep the tensile-compression rigidity and weight of fixed guide vanes unchanged, reduce the elastic modulus and density of material according to the cross-sectional area ratio of fixed guide vanes before and after simplification. (4) Model PZ-4, adopt the same kind of element with Model PZ-3.

Understanding these variables enables better assessments of the wear resistance of materials.
As wear in aluminum and other soft materials is of adhesive type, Archard's theory was repeatedly used to predict the mass loss of the worn material from the following equation: V = KPL/3H
