This general evolutionary regularity is valid for the human beings, so in socio-cultural systems the diversity of their ‘material’ is determined mainly by men’s parameters.

Abstract.
So the action mechanism combining axial flow impeller and radial flow impeller is designed to achieve the coupling of advantageous characters on aspects of cycle and shear under the effect of the two types of impellers and construct pulp-mixing strengthening system, thus enabling the pulp-mixing materials to achieve good cycle and obtain the shearing effects.
