Compared to Si, the SiC freewheeling diode produced over twenty times lower reverse recovery charge leading to approximately a factor-of-four-reduction in turn-on loss.
Finally, a physics based circuit model has been developed and verified against measured performance data.
Overall the JBS parts demonstrated a 20x decrease in reverse recovery charge and about 4x reduction in turn-on loss.

In pipeline leak detection, collected fault signal will inevitably influenced by all kinds of industrial noise, sometimes even the useful signals submerged by the noise, so before data analysis, we shall be carried out in a first filtering processing.
The experimental data shows that Kalman filter is an efficient recursive filter, it can estimate the states of the dynamic system from a series of contains noise measurement.
The program diagram of realizing kalman filtering algorithm On the front panel of a data processing module of kalman filter, it is placed two windows to display waveform, respectively used to display the original pressure signal and the pressure signal with kalman filter processing, as shown in figure 3,4.

The data presented to evaluate friction and wear characteristics are coefficient of friction (μ), wear scar diameter (WSD), flash temperature parameter (FTP) and viscosity index (VI).
Fig. 3(a) showed the maximum reduction of 6.71% of WSD for 5% JO added lubricant followed by 3.89% and 2.89% for 3% and 4% JO added lubricant respectively as compared to reference lubricant.
Similarly as compared to reference lubricant, Fig 3(b) showed the maximum reduction of 6.44% of WSD for 5% JO added lubricant followed by 4.37% and 3.74% for 4% and 2% JO added lubricant respectively.
· As compared to reference lubricant, 5% JO added lubricant showed maximum reduction of 6.71% WSD and 6.44% WSD at 15 and 40 kg load respectively

A data acquisition card is used to obtain the real-time unbalanced signal.
The data collection of this system is used the Taiwan Advantage 4711A type data acquisition card.
The hydraulic system is controlled by the voltage signal given by the data acquisition.

When the study the friction parameters in conditions of a low hearth of plastic deformation, the correspondence of the obtained results and practical data was discovered.
When the study of the wire drawing process in conditions with a high hearth of plastic deformation the discrepancy between the calculated and experimental data was revealed, that can be explained by conditions of plastic flow in the deformation zone.
Industrial enterprises carry out wire drawing with small relative reductions, close to 20%.
