Prediction model of road vehicle noise which could be regarded as discontinuous linear sound was as following: (1) Type: Leqi—equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level of i type vehicle LAi—sound pressure level of i type vehicle radiated noise at reference point; dB T—evaluation time, generally for 1h; Ni —traffic flow of i type vehicle, vehicle / h; Vi —vehicle speed, km/h; ro—distance from reference point to lane; generally for 7.5 meter; r —distance from precalculated position to lane; α—attenuation factor related to absorption characteristics of mulching material, generally for 0.5 in rural area; △S—additional attenuation due to obstructions such as buildings, terrain, embankments, cuttings during noise transmission, dB 2)Equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level of nighttime If the traffic volume of nighttime was less than 300Veh/h, “(2)”should be applied for noise prediction, otherwise, “(1)”used[3]

The concept of ecology restoration and theory.The ecology restoration means that, based on ecology principle, through certain technology and method of biology, ecology and engineering, artificially changes and cuts off the leading factor and process of ecosystem degradation, adjusts, configures or optimizes flow processes and space-time order of material, energy and information inside and outside the system, restoring the ecosystem structure, function and ecology potential certain or original even higher level [2].

Because of wellbore volume restriction, to improve erosion-resisting capacity of tools, the high-strength material should be not only used, but the rational design of strings and tools should be also done to decrease the erosion and to improve the safety and reliability of the strings.

Obviously, small deflection linear analysis method is unable to count in the effect of structural initial geometric defect, also non-linear and geometric effect of material is unable to be counted.
Depends on above result, only non-linear finite element method is applied to structure for plastic large deflection analysis, the practical loading condition could be more accurately shown, since geometric non-linear and material non-linear whole processes are all considered.
Steel web material is treated as plastic model; damage condition under complicated stress condition is distinguished by Von-Mises criterion.
