There is no doubt that material professionals are very interested in the formation mechanics of the pre-precipitation phase [4-6].
Because of the important of pre-precipitation phase on affecting the final properties, many material researchers have been doing a lot of related researches using various methods [11-13].

The more research work and industrial application cases of the oil-air lubrication can be indexed in the references [4-5], but scarce materials about the study from the theory to the applications on the entire oil-air lubrication system, especially about the critical components of the system, such as the oil-distributor and oil-air mixer, can be found.

Due to the flame temperature it is more than clear that the most commonly used materials in the immediate vicinity of the flame or in contact with it begins to burn very easily.
Knowledge of candle part materials design is important in regard to the release of chemical particles which can react with historically valuable frescos and other worthy decorative elements of the building interiors.
This theoretical experiment will be followed up by an experiment investigating the burning of candles and the impact of the released particles to surrounding materials in a real experimental chamber.

Their algebraic equations, although based on linear elastic material behaviour (i.e. simplified material properties), were used to illustrate how the extent of removal of steel-concrete bond, section properties and load distribution may influence the load carrying capacity.
The second author’s work on patch repairs has addressed the structural characteristics of R.C. beams in which, in the course of applying the repair materials, the concrete cover and the main steel-concrete bond over certain regions of the damaged R.C. beams are removed prior to the application of the repair material.
Acknowledgements The authors would like to thank the Uk-based manufacturers Penistone Reinforcement, Cemex, Fosroc Ltd, Hanson Cement, Micron, Sika, Derbyshire Aggregates and Elkem for their provision (in kind) of essential materials, as well as their much valued friendly and detailed technical advice regarding the use of their materials.

Column; 7 Lower Pivot Bracket; 8 Lower Bearing Assembly Fig. 2 Explode view of typical adjustable steering column The constraints and objective function of steering column upper bearing design Under normal working conditions, most failures of steering column bearings are due to material fatigue.
As the rolling elements pass over the cracks fragments of material break away and this is known as flaking.
The sample columns (6 in total) are rotated along its shaft axis at 180 RPM for 1,000,000 revolutions under a dynamic load of 3800N mounted at the action point of the gage-line on the upper axle journal of the column.
