The numerical model is simplified into a plane strain problem and carried out with the Fast Lagrangian Analysis for Continuum method (FLAC), while the constitutive relation of EPS geofoam seismic buffers and backfill soil is simulated by linear-elastic material model and Mohr-Coulomb model.

Then, for real materials with close pitting holes, the analysis of hydrostatic stress gradient should be related to this case, and not to a single pitting hole.

Background of Commercialized BMGs and Novel-Type Nanocrystalline Alloys
BMGs are a new class of metallic materials with medium-range ordered atomic configurations.
Zr-Based BMGs Although BMGs such as Pd-Au-Si and Pt-Ni-P [13] were found in the late 1960s, two main factors hindered the widespread exploration among material science researchers: the reliance of noble metals and the limited preparation method.
Nowadays, it has been recognized that these Fe-based materials have opened up new academic and engineering fields called with soft magnetic component (SMC).
For instance, their SMC materials, which are mainly composed of glassy alloy powders covered with resin and oxide mixture, exhibit saturation magnetic flux density of 1.2 - 1.3 T, coercivity of 1.9 – 3.8 A/m, permeability of 60 up to 1 MHz, core loss of about 200 kW/m3 at 100 kHz and 0.1 T and have been used in various fields such as SMC materials and RFI sheets in smartphones, PCs and automobile AV equipment devices, car navigation system etc.
