Dozens of vision fields was chosen randomly at the surface, 1/4 thickness and center of test plate, aiming at measuring the size of 500 ferrite grains, and the grain size distribution were shown in Fig.4.
Microstructure of fracture surface was observed with SEM aiming at further analyzing the relationship between sulphide inclusions and lamination defect.
The heterogeneous distribution of alloying elements (mainly Mn) and other impurity elements will lead the accumulation of MnS and other plastic inclusions.

The polymer thin film with non-linear electrophysical properties was used as detector for phase transition in metals (Wood's alloy and indium).
Therefore, the aim of this work was to study the influence of phase transition in the metal on the conductivity of the polymer film in conditions of their spatial separation.
Removing the alloy into small distance leads to the fact that the current value decreases slightly.
Further removal of the alloy does not affect on the magnitude of current through the experimental structure.

A great deal of research effort has
been aimed at establishing the precise nature of the process conditions that could be used to deliver
optimal properties of the resulting coated system [1-2].
Many special chemical compounds and microstructural states (nanocrystalline, amorphous, etc.) have been obtained by the mechanical alloying route.
This process is encouraged by the in situ chemical reduction of the metal oxides to elemental metal, which in this chemical state is highly active and readily forms intermetallic compounds at the interface between the milled powder and the substrate, and within the deposited layer.
Metastable compounds may be deposited on the surface, and control over the composition may be possible by varying the processing atmosphere.

This process has the following major problems: long metallurgical cycle time, large amount of smelting slag, low direct and total recovery rate of gold and silver, and in particular, environment pollution and danger of lead poisoning and personnel hazards due to the high toxicity of lead and its compounds.
Bismuth, as well as its compounds are nontoxic, thus lead pollution and operators’ lead poisoning caused by traditional technologies for capturing precious metals with lead are eliminated and environmentally friendly smelting is realized.
