And statistics by casting materials, the zhuan 8A bogie side frame of ZG230-450 material and B grade steel is 12 pieces and 2 pieces respectively, the zhuan 8G bogie side frame of B grade steel is 2 pieces.
Just applied the vertical load Note:C is journal load and is equal to 195 kN for the type bogie of D axle.
However, from the analysis of table 5 data, the average life of 11 pieces side frame of ZG230-450 material while the experiment had stopped is 546 400 times, and the average life of 6 pieces side frame of B grade steel material is 498 100 times, the strength advantage of material is not obvious in contrast also slightly lower in study.
At the same time, for the sensitivity of fatigue notch increasing with the improvement of material strength index[6,7], the exisiting surface defect of B grade steel side frame C position which impacts greater on the fatigue performance covers up the advantage of material

Abstract.
Nano-sized materials, have much bigger surface-bulk ratio than coarse materials.
Thus, surface properties become paramount, which makes these materials particularly appealing in applications in which such properties are exploited, as in gas sensors.
The bulk conduction based sensors involve gas-solid reactions in series with a change in the stoichiometry of the bulk sensor material.
Ikegami, particle size effect, Materials Letters 52 (2002) 114

The electrode material consumption is also known as the amount of metal dissolving.
The equation for operating cost calculation is as in Eq. 7: (7) where OC is the operating cost (RM/m3), a is the electricity price (RM/kWh), SEEC is the specific electrical energy consumed (kWh/m3), b is the price of electrode materials (RM/kg) and w is the electrode material consumption (kg/m3). 3.0 Results and Discussion The findings of this study are discussed in four parts: (i) initial condition of peat water, (ii) flocs analysis, (iii) treated water quality, and (iv) economic analysis. 3.1 Initial Condition of Peat Water.
