Conclusions From two perspectives of hardware and software architecture, the power networking communications life cycle resource management system based on the Internet of Things is designed and analyzed, at the same time the process of platform development of key technologies is studied, and finally with a power company's communication resource management platform for the system application which makes the concept of the Internet of Things and power management of communication resources life cycle management model to get a good combination to solve the problem that the traditional manual management strength, low efficiency, increasing the material associated network visibility and control, and improving resource utilization and production management, providing an effective means and a diversification of the platform for the automation and intelligence development of set life cycle management.

The size of these nanostructures is smaller than or comparable to that of the exciton Bohr radius in the bulk material, so that the density of states of these nanostructures exhibits a zero-dimensional nature of discrete energy levels.

Experiment Materials Titanium (IV) dioxide was purchased from British Drug House, Mumbai (98% pure, Fe = 0.05 %; pure anatase; mean particle size of 0.34 mm; BET surface area, 30 m2g-1).
The procedure for preparation of carbonate modified TiO2 resulted in materials having somewhat lower surface area; 11.25 m2/g CMT(BDH) and 54.8 m2/g CMT(P-25TiO2).
