Introduction The bearing capacity of pile foundation varies because of the difference of pile physical dimension, constraint condition of pile top, pile material strength and the characteristics of foundation soil.

Considering machining efficiency and accuracy, machining gap should be the corresponding gap value when the machining speed reaches its maximum. 1 Introduction Electrochemical machining (ECM) is a kind of material removing machining process, which is based on the principle of electrochemical dissolution of anodic metal in electrolyte.
The typical experimental conditions are as follows: workpiece material is 0Cr18Ni9, concentration of 3NaNO solution is 40g/L, and machining voltage is 5V, so  =3.67e-5 3 cm /(A s) , =0.037 -1 (Ω cm) , RU ≈5V, and =0.4[9].
