As for energy price, it is difficult to the statistical data on energy price, we select raw material, fuel and power purchasing price index of Beijing to replace energy price.
Based on the previous research result, we use the efficiency measure from the stage 1 DEA estimations as the dependent variables, and determinants of energy efficiency as explanatory variables, we can estimate the following Tobit regression model: (7) Where, is the annual energy efficiency, is the ratio of industrial added value to GDP, is the proportion of coal consumption in total energy consumption, is the raw material, fuel and power purchasing price index of Beijing, and is Beijing’s R&D expenditure.

In this paper, we take the 6408 series as an example, the material of inner race, outer race and balls is GCr15SiMn of which density is 7800kg/m3, Young's modulus is 2.08×105MPa and Poisson ratio is 0.29; the material of retainer is brass whose density is 8545kg/m3, Young's modulus is 1.06×10 5MPa and Poisson ratio is 0.324.

As shown in the "Survey of Chinese private enterprises", Academy of Social Sciences, since the opening up, the family enterprises can be survived until now are only 20-30 percent of the whole, the average expectancy for the family enterprises is only 3 to 5 years.
Currently, the knowledge economy age characterized by high-technology of information technology, network technique, new material technology and etc., will fundamentally change the human’s economic activities in various fields.
