Materials and Method Experimental Procedure.Food waste from a university cafeteria was pretreated by blending it five times in a food waste disposer and sieved with a 0.5mm mesh in order to facilitate efficient gasification. 38.75g of food waste and the respective amounts (1 – 4g) of alkali catalysts (NaOH, KOH, Ca(OH)2, Na2CO3, NaHCO3 and K2CO3) were placed in the reactor.

On the other hand, piezoelectric element (PZT) has been used in many engineering and science fields due to its ability of high resolution, fast response, compact size and broad frequency range.
It should be noted that maximum overshoot of 0.25 μm generated when the input voltage was applied, which may not only due to the friction surface or the materials of the system but also due to the mechanical vibration of the system.
