Mohamed DRAISSIA
LM2S, Lab.
For dilute alloys, the solid-liquid interface growth velocity is increased leading to rapid solidification, as for pure metals [6].
(iii) The atomistic models based on capillarity strains explained well the plane-front growth observed in rapidly solidified binary alloys.

It is expected that the addition of BaTiO3 on ceramic alloys consist of BiFeO3 and BaTiO3 can improve the electrical properties of the ceramics and finally it improves the multiferroic properties of the material.
The formation of alloying ceramics between BiFeO3 and other compounds can increase piezoelectric and ferromagnetic response of multiferroic materials.
The other compounds can be BaTiO3 as alloying ceramic with BiFeO3[3] and doped BiFeO3-BaTiO3[4,5,6].

The aim of this paper is to producing CoCrMo foam that will be given to consider the properties of CoCrMo foam after sintering process.
CoCrMo alloys for, orthopaedic implants are primarily in the cast or wrought forms, with similar chemical compositions based on American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards [5].
The wrought CoCrMo alloys exhibit superior mechanical and chemical properties compared with the cast alloys due to a finer grain size and more homogenous microstructure [6].
In this study, the CoCrMo powder was tested with XRD to make sure the compound that is present is the same to sample after the sintering process [11].

Nanocrystalline Fe40Co60 alloys elaborated by mechanical alloying (MA) in a high-energy planetary ball mill (RETSCH PM400) were dispersed into commercial epoxy resin matrix to form thin polymer nanocomposites.
Materials and Methods In this study, we report on the structural and the microwave absorption properties of nanocrystalline Fe40Co60 alloys.
Several techniques are available to produce nanocrystalline alloys (crystallites size less than 100 nm).

The aim of this study was thus to investigate the fine detail of microstructures of Cu-alloyed ductile iron treated by the two-step austempering process.
Although most of the alloys used in previous studies [8-15] were unalloyed and Ni-Mo alloyed ductile irons, the Cu-alloyed iron was chosen in this study since it is cheaper and shows high potential to be a composition for commercial ADI [6,16].
The microstructures of iron alloys were observed using the optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (Jeol-JSM8500) and transmission electron microscopy (Jeol-JEM 2010) techniques.

The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanical properties of ductile iron after treatment with two-cycle heat treatment processes which modified from austempering.
The process is most preferable tool nowadays since it can improve mechanical and physical without changing the product shape as well as addition of alloying element [2-4].
