The method based on the strain modal damage index can overcome the disadvantages of low sensitivity, but method based on most of the strain class damage index can only find damage localization [5] and the prevalence of a fatal weakness, that is required to use before and after the modal structural damage data, while the modal acquisition data before the damage is very difficult.

O phase disappeared in compression samples (conducted from 930~1030oC, ~50% total reduction) after deformation which is considered to cause elongation decrease.
The dimension of testing samples was Φ8×10mm, strain rates at 0.1s-1, 1s-1, 10s-1, temperatures at 930oC, 980oC, 1030oC, and the final height reduction was 50%.

Construction of regional energy efficiency evaluation index system Data sources and reduction The construction of evaluation index system for regional energy efficiency is on the basis of certain data like subsector energy consumption, three industries added value and its proportion, etc.
This research adopts publicized data from China Statistical Yearbook, China Energy Statistical Yearbook, etc. as authentic sources.
Calculation of these 3 indexes shall be done only after 1) the decomposition method for subsectors has been settled; 2) subsectors could effectively handle data reduction and 3) indexation method has been determined.
Besides, the relationship between processed data and average level could be directly reflected by the data size after standardization processing.
Data sources The data used in this paper is extracted from China Statistical Yearbook (2011) and China Energy Statistical Yearbook (2011).
