Due to the lack of valid testability evaluation methods for complex equipment in the final phase, a new testability evaluation method based on test data in development phase is proposed.
Finally, testability evaluation is achieved by using the field test data to construct the posterior distribution.
Thus, the field test (success/failure) data are (22, 1).
In this paper, testability test data of the development phase is fully used, and a Bayes data fusion method based on mixed Beta prior distribution is applied to analyze and evaluate the FDR of large-scale radar equipment.

Sensitivity to noise Noise is one of the parameters which can affect the signals significantly, in particular if the data is acquired in harsh conditions such as in flight.
Most of the available research adds the same noise levels to both baseline and current data which does not consider the uncertainty in the data.
The main reason is given by the reduction of the amplitude of the wave.
When determining the scattered signal at each sensor, the effects of the amplitude reduction due to bonding are mixed with the reflections due to damage, so that the precision of the methodology decreases. Therefore, to increase the reliability of the detection algorithm it is highly recommended to check the integrity of the bonding for each transducer prior to interrogation via Electro-mechanical impedance technique [10].

The objective of feature extraction is to project high-dimensional data into low-dimensional subspace so that the face image samples are made more compact and useful for classification in the transformed subspace.
Therefore the PCA method is optimal for data reconstruction, but not for discriminant analysis.
In Section 3, the dimensionality reduction method of 2DOUDP is presented.
Defining affinity matrix is as follows (1) Where represents the neighborhood relation between data sampleand .
From Table 1, we find that 2DOUDP is the most efficient dimensionality reduction method, and is much more efficient than with UDP and OLPP.

The simulation using small inventory of H2 data as it refer to the experimental set up as said by Ganci F, et al [12].
Prior to that, basic gasification process was performed in HYSIS to get the required output gasifier data due to the lacking of published data in the literature.
Other reaction may have occurred resulting in the reduction of the concentration of CH4 and CO.
This is due to the competition to gain oxygen increased and other reactions that may occur resulting in the reduction of the CH4 and CO concentration.

In order to evaluate whether SCR denitration equipment can attain expected performance guarantee index, and provide technical basis and necessary data for business claim, generating unit acceptance and power plant operation, the performance test experiment should be carried out on flue gas denitration equipment after the generating unit trial run for 168h under full load.
There exists certain risks when using performance experiment as the basis of denitration system acceptance, which is due to the short period of performance experiment, and the requirement of furnace load stability and coal quality stability for guaranteeing the stability of data has no representation to the long-term operation status of generating unit FGD at the later period.

This will result in increased tool wear and hence reduction in tool life.
Data were extrapolated (up to maximum flank wear of 0.3 mm) and the results were plotted into graphs in order to analyze the tool life for both cutting tools.
There is a reduction of 40 to 48 % in tool wear intensity for TiCN coated tool when compared with TiN coated tool for dry machining.
Data on tool life can be seen in Table 1.
The data for MRR values can be seen in Table 1.

The results were similar to that of the above start-up period (data not shown).
All data listed in Fig. 3 refer to the mean of each steady stage.
As shown in Fig. 3, the total nitrogen elimination rate increased from 0.236 kg N/(m3.d) to 0.826 kg N/(m3.d )with the stepwise reduction of HRT from 2d to 0.5d.
The operation of the ANAMMOX reactor was almost stable in terms of nitrogen removal efficiency during the stepwise reduction of HRT from 2d to 1.0d.

It allows providing significant reduction of power flow calculation time.
It will guarantee power system stability protection in any preset emergencies on the basis of current telemetering measurements data.
It is well known that conventional telemetry system based on current and voltage transformers transmits the node injection active and reactive power data.
Summary 1.Important factor in large power systems emergency control tasks is on-line control-action adjustments decision making time reduction.
