The power flow analysis of the distribution networks with penetration of non-linear loads can either be done using a power quality logging equipment to record the data of power quality phenomenon which is then used to accurately model the distribution network or the standard power quality load models are incorporated into the distribution network for simulation analysis [5].
The effectiveness of capacitor bank and harmonic filters for voltage profile improvement and harmonic distortion reduction were investigated in the study by [14] and [15] respectively.

The paper take 1.5mm DP600 steels as an example,
experimental data shows that by optimizing electrode force during welding process, the width of
weld lobe can be enlarged from 0.9kA to 2.1kA and the weldability of dual phase steel is improved
greatly.
Introduction Since the requirement for automobile weight reduction is becoming more and more important and urgent, new types of advanced high-strength steel (AHSS) are introduced into automobile industry.
They offer a great opportunity for part weight reduction.

The system requires the controller to accomplish real time data acquisition.
The module decodes the angle data and save it to the register.
The controller read the angle data from the register directly.
The controller can get real-time data and not busy decoding the quadrature encodes pulses.
Each data was calculated mean value by many times.

Although with the accumulation of technical data concerning the developed materials and structural elements obtained from the research programs, they are not systematically used in large scale in civil construction.
Baseline data, implementation records and progress reports are necessary to monitor and evaluate the achievement of the project’s objective.
% of effective cost reduction in implemented housing using NOCMAT.
It should reveal the effective changes observed by government action and relative advantages of the innovation to the users, improvements in warranty, reduction in complaints, new norms created or adopted for constructions, reduction of construction deficit.
It should present the economic and social advantages pointing out changes in local culture, increased applications for constructions, pollution reduction, waste reduction, number of inhabitants benefited by the project implementation, increased Human Development Index by NOCMAT utilization, improved dissemination of technical information.

Reflectance data were stored as log (1/R) (R= reflectance) at 1nm intervals (751 spectra data points).
Furthermore, it can also reduce repetition and redundancy of the input spectra data.
PCA is a method of data reduction that constructs new uncorrelated variables, known as principal components (PCs).
In addition, PCs can also eliminate noises and random errors in the original data.
As an effective approach to the separation of blind signal, ICA has recently attracted broad attention and has been successfully used in many fields. e.g., medical signal analysis, image processing, dimension reduction, fault detection and near-infrared spectral data analysis [12]-[14].

The results show that contamination of biodiesel/diesel blends in soil induced a reduction growth of P. putida.
Based on ‘Eurostat’ data there were 484.8 million tons of oil products used in the European Union (EU) in 2003, which was by 2% higher than in 2002 [2].
The presence of B5 biodiesel/diesel blends into soil was induced a reduction in growth of P. putida started at Day 9.
Sample Bioremediation period (Day); P. putida growth (CFU/ml) (n=3) 0 3 6 9 12 15 18 21 24 B5 1.2x107 2.6x107 4.4x107 5.0x107 3.2x107 2.4x107 1.2x107 5.0x106 5.0x106 Control 4.5x107 5.1x107 5.9x107 6.5x107 5.5x107 4.1x107 2.3x107 1.5x107 1.0x107 Conclusion Based on the obtained data it is concluded that the contamination of soil with biodiesel/diesel blends influenced the survival of P. putida.

Based on proposing the basic evaluation index of the thermal performance, the study analyzed the effect of outdoor temperature and wind speed on the heat recovery efficiency and the reduction of fresh air load.
This study measured the performance of plate fresh/exhaust sensible heat recovery system during winter and summer operation period, and chose stable test data to make sure the reliability of analysis data.
But the effect is limited under humid climate conditions and the reduction of fresh air load is even less than 10%.
