The top-down technique bases on size reduction by physical mechanism such as high pressure homogenization, media milling [2] and sonication [3].
To develop the simple process for particle size reduction simple homogenization and melt emulsification technique were investigated and followed by sonication process.
The rheology behavior of all formula was Newtonian flow (data not show).
The zeta potential was -10 to -25 mV which was slightly decreased by sonication process (Data not shown).
The particle size reduction was successful with sonication method.

Application of Auxiliary Antenna Elements for SAR Reduction in the Human Head
M.
This technique provides approximately 20% reduction in the SAR value as well as 2.8 dB reduction in antenna received power [6].
SAR reduction depends on the size and shape of ferrite material also.
The results reported in [12] indicate 57.75% SAR reduction.

It is mainly for processing and analysis of the collected data, among of which, the correlation analysis of the collected data can be used to verify the feasibility of the system.
The remote control center is mainly responsible for starting the data collection, receiving raw data, and making a certain pretreatment and display, meanwhile sending the processed data to the analysis center when having an abnormal alarm.
This paper focuses on the research of the analysis center system, for processing and analysis of data collected, including the correlation between the signal noise reduction and signal analysis and research [5].
So, the noise reduction processing is very important before signal analysis.
Taking the strain data and temperature data as samples, the correlation coefficient of them is calculated and analyzed and compared with different algorithms.

The high reduction ratio caused the dynamic recrystallization during annealing of the rolled sheet.
At the 30% reduction ratio, many twins and dynamic recrystallized (DRXed) grains were observed.
On the other hand, the numbers of twins were greatly reduced, when the sheet were rolled at the 50% reduction ratio, although twins and DRXed grains still co-existed similar to the microstructure at the 30% reduction ratio.
At the 30 and 50% reduction ratios after annealing, the existing twins were fully recrystallized.
(3) In the verification of the role of strain rate in the plane strain sheets using the commercial FEM package DEFORMTM-2D, the result of the FEM simulation calculation was similar to the experimental data.

Abstract.
U.S. plants presently using or installing show that on average, SNCR achieves approximately a 35% reduction at an NSR of 0.5 and a 63% reduction at an NSR of 1.0.
In addition, there is accumulating data on the ability of SCR to control emissions of other pollutants, including VOC, dioxins and furans, ammonia, and mercury.
Reduction of nitrogen oxides with SNCR technology at Slite cement plant.

After the state-of-the-art examination of the drag reduction performance, different views on the drag reduction mechanism are put in perspective.
The NASA’s results obtained by Walsh et al. [7] are shown in Fig. 2, which are compared with other data obtained elsewhere.
Squire et al. [8] measured the turbulent drag reduction with riblets at transonic speed in the Cambridge wind tunnel, while Gaudet’s data [9] comes from RAE’s transonic tunnel at M = 1.25.
Sullivan, Flight-test of turbulent skin-friction reduction by riblets, in: Turbulent Drag Reduction by Passive Means, Royal Aeron.

Reduction of Lanthanide Ions in Si-Al-O-N Glasses
D. de Graaf1, S.
Reductions have been observed in the case of Eu3+ [3] and Ce 4+ [4], which reduce to Eu2+ and Ce 3+ during the synthesis of these glasses.
Comparison with literature data showed the simultaneous presence of Sm2+ and Sm3+ transitions.
However in contrast to the previously studied (Eu,Y)-Si-Al-O-N glasses this reduction is only partial.
This is a clear sign that the reduction process takes place during the hottest stages of the melting process, and that the reduction itself is very slow.

So noise reduction is also important.
Then we analysed the characteristics of electromagnetic radiation signal after noise reduction.
There are 2 main effects: removal ofoverlappingwaveandmakemoresymmetricwaveform. To the original signalX(t),firstly, find outall of itsextreme points. then the3 spline functionfor all of themaximum pointinterpolation, thusfittingthe original signal X(t)on theenvelope of the Xmax(t) and the lower envelope of Xmin(t).At this time, all data contained in the signals envelope.Connect envelope mean in sequence, then get a mean line m1(t),then X(t)minus m1(t) is h1(t).For differentsignals,h1(t)may be a kind of intrinsic mode function(IMF)component,it also may be not;in general,it does notsatisfy with the IMFconditions[7],the h1(t) is regard asthe original signal, repeat the above steps, namely h11(t)= h1(t)-m11(t),m 11(t) is thelower envelopemean of h1(t);if h1(t)is not a IMFcomponent, then continue toscreening, repeat the abovemethod k times, k timestothescreening of the data h1k(t)= h1(k-1)(t)-M1(1-k)(t).h1k(t)is not a IMFcomponent, there must bea screening processterminationcriterion, itcanusestandard
