Effectively ensuring road traffic safety in winter has always been a hot issue of common concern in high-latitude countries in the world.
With the increasing traffic safety issues in winter, the use of microwave heating technology to achieve road ice melting and snow has gradually attracted the attention of some scholars.

They count for between one quarter and one third of the traffic travel in urban areas of Cotonou; Walking and cycling: this category is less important and is less than ¼ of the total traffic in Cotonou; .
The alarming security and safety problems, the absence of policy and planning for pedestrians/cyclists, and the encroached/ill maintained footpaths are some of the main reasons that lower middle and middle income groups do not use non-motorized transport.
In Cotonou, the security and safety issues, poorly maintained pedestrian paths, and the absence of a separate right of way for bicyclists have made this mode unattractive among commuters.

For zebra-crossing detection, research has been done for enhancing the safety and mobility of blind people while crossing a road [1-5].
In the future, we will combine traffic light and traffic sign recognition techniques with our zebra-crossing detection approach to achieve robust road scene understanding, for example, crossing road scene.

Introduction Bridge safety is of vital importance to the nation's economy and the people's livelihood.
By means of stress monitoring, strain and stress condition of each important bridge member can be learned under various loading effects, such as traffic, wind, temperature and ship collision.
Performance testing results Conclusion This new type of strain sensors have been applied in the Bridge Safety Monitoring System of Communications Bureau of Hangzhou.
