Workpiece geometry is the most important factor which influences the wall thickness variation.
Very significant feature of spinning is ability to produce components with high mechanical properties and smooth surface finish.
Although knowledge about mechanics of spinning, which helps to understand final properties of spun parts, have been developed by systematic investigation of the process using both experimental and theoretical techniques, several gaps still exist in the prediction of the product properties.

Barkhausen noise(BN) and the complex permeability were compared with the mechanical property parameters which were measured by the Vickers micro hardness, tensile and Charpy impact test.
The results of different neutron doses showed noticeable fractional changes in the magnetic parameters, correlated with the mechanical properties of these specimens as well.
Some of the earlier studies succeeded in correlating the magnetic measurements with the mechanical property or microstructural changes on the grain sizes, residual stress, or heat treatment [1,2].
Many studies have been performed regarding the effects of neutron irradiation on magnetic properties.
Microstructural factors such as grain size and dislocation density affect the hysteric magnetic properties of steel because the microstructure affects the domain wall movement and pinning.

Research of interpolation algorithm for improving the movement stability of X-Y worktable of NC machine Li Junmin12, a , Wang Jinge2,b and Deng xingqiao2,c 1College of Manufacturing Science and Engineering,SiChuan,University,Chengdu 610064,China 2 School of Mechanical Engineering & Automation ,XiHua University,Chengdu 610039,China alijunmin1975@163.com, bwangjg@mail.xhu.edu.cn , c dxq_zyc@126.com Keywords:NC machine; interpolation algorithm; kinematics; dynamics Abstract: After making an analysis of the primary factors affecting the movement balance of NC machine, the paper proposed an new method to enhance its movement stability, which based on kinematic and dynamic analysis of the servo mechanism.
Introduction There are many factors which effect working accuracy of NC machine, including NC machine’mainframe accuracy and component accuracy and servo system accuracy and so on.
Meanwhile, kinematics and dynamics’problems of servo mechanism are also important factors which effect working accuracy, and the problems become more outstanding with the development of NC machine’high-accuracy and high-efficiency.
Meanwhile, in order to simplify model, the mechanical drive system's external load is ignored, which will not bring a great influence on simulation result.

This study investigated the mechanical properties and forming characteristics of flanged parts made of AZ61 magnesium alloys via hot working.
They argued that limited extrusion speeds and magnesium alloy AZ31 ratios affected billet temperature.
In 2007, Yamin et al. [7] applied the extrusion process to magnesium alloy AZ61A, and performed a series of experiments using cup-rod combined extrusion processes to investigate the impacts of technological factors, such as deformation temperature and lubrication, on the plastic properties of magnesium alloy AZ61A.
To prevent material adhesion and friction under high temperatures from affecting experimental results, graphite lubricant is added to the material surface.
The ring compression test applied to the magnesium alloy under the same forming temperature and compression volume, the constant shear friction factors of different lubricants in descending order were as follows: dry friction > boron nitride > graphite > molybdenum disulphide. 3.

The mechanical properties of clinched joints are influenced by several factors, including the geometry of the joint, the thickness of the materials, and the specific aluminium alloy used [9- 11].
The fatigue life of clinched joints is significantly affected by factors such as loading frequency, stress amplitude, and joint geometry [18].
Both are known for their favourable mechanical properties and are widely used in the automotive industry to produce various components.
Then, the material was rapidly quenched in water to preserve its enhanced properties.
This suggests that while the mechanical properties vary among the alloys, the joining process maintains a relatively stable forming force across different material combinations.

Some major factors that influenced the sol-gel process including PH value, quantity of water were discussed in detail.
Introduction Aluminum nitride (AlN) has long been considered as a competitive substrate material for electronic packing applications because of its distinguished thermal and dielectric properties [1, 2].
In this paper, a glass chemically compatible with AlN substrate was obtained by sol-gel method and its properties were analyzed.
Effect of glass binder on the properties of metalized film.
Along with the increasing glass content, better wetting behavior are fond, but too much glass affects the effective contact of silver during sintering and weakens the strength of the network, resulting in the decrease of the mechanical connection between the glass and metal, thus the destruction may happen in the interface of glass and conductor layer, leading lower strength.

This form of piezoelectric films present unique challenges in determining its properties.
In the event that the specimen survive the preload, friction force between the force probe and the specimen may cause it to penetrate the top electrode hence affecting the accuracy of measured piezoelectric charge coefficient [13,14].
Influence of Piezoelectric Film Geometry and Material Properties on d33.
Effect of Substrate Material Properties on d33.
