Quality Management and Control of Mold Manufacturing Products Based on SPC Hai Dong 1, a, Liangyu Liu1, band Jinhua Liu1,c 1School of Mechanical Engineering, Shenyang University, Shenyang, P.R.
First of all, we have to understand two concepts of the manufacturing process, one is a state of statistical control, the other is a state of statistical control, a state of statistical control and manufacturing process is only affected by random factors, the influence of process factors.
To judge from the distribution characteristics of the process is in control or in the state out of control, and if it is out of control, then find out the factors affecting its system, through the process fluctuation the statistical regularity of elimination of the influence of system factors, make the process run in a controlled state.
While eliminate the system factors in the process, need to process characteristics with real-time tracking and found the factors influencing the process of the system at any time, eliminate in a timely manner so that the process has been under control.
According to the properties of quality control chart generated data points arrangement condition, and can analyze the process quality is stable, if the data point beyond the upper and lower control limit or flawed arrangement, the judging process quality abnormal variations, the can production measures, discover and eliminate the abnormal resume production after the reason, so that we can maximize the elimination process on the impact on the next working procedure, prevent waste.

The identification of risk factors.
Harmful factors are found on the basis of the identification of risk factors, then the proportion of field test methods and inspection is determined.
Due to the number of factors that affect the possibility and consequence of the buried pipeline accident is large, and many factors are difficult to quantify, so this article used the fuzzy assessment method.
The factors of causing the failure of urban gas pipeline up to several hundred, between various factors had gradations, using the single factor fuzzy evaluation is difficult to compare the advantages and disadvantages between the various factors in the system and it is difficult to highlight the influence of various factors on the judged object.
Factor weight coefficient reflects the influence of various factors on the evaluation object , weights of factors are very important for the evaluation work.

The quasi-static properties of 17-4 PH manufactured by SLM are usually similar or slightly above those of wrought and cast materials [2].
Another feature to be pointed out is that the characteristic porosity which comes from the production process can impact the mechanical properties of the material [2].

The cutters especially the disc cutters are the main rock breaking components, which efficiency of breaking rock directly affected the TBM performance [2].
The influence of these factors needed to further investigation.
According to the report of the geological survey and mechanical measuring of rock mass, the intact sandstone is assumed to be the Mohr-Coulomb material [9] and its properties are listed in Table 1.

As the limitation of the software, many factors like the confining pressure, rock joints and fracture are not taking into account.

Clearly, the electrical properties of the epilayer and, consequently, of the Schottky barrier formed on it, can be strongly influenced by the presence of these defects.
Moreover, also the quality of the metal-semiconductor interface influences the carrier transport properties [4,10].
The obtained ideality factors were about 2.
As seen, the small dimension of the C-AFM tip increases the series resistance (affecting the forward saturation current) but does not affect the linear part of the ln(I) vs.
When the area is reduced by a factor of 900 (radius reduced from 150 µm to 5 µm), a dramatic improvement is observed in the electrical properties of the diodes.

Beach Profile and Shoreline Sediment Properties at Eroded Area in Batu Pahat M.
The objective of this research is to identify the change in beach profile in the shoreline areas using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to investigate the physical properties that contribute to the changes in sediment properties.
Failure to determine all the factors stated above will lead to inappropriate data acquisition obtained by UAV, thus, resulting in failure to determine beach volume changes by the aerial image obtained.
The location of Zone B could be one of the factors that contribute to the particle size distribution.

The durability of patch repairs depends on compatibility of the repair material with the substrate concrete in terms of chemical, electrochemical, mechanical and dimensional properties.
Different factors such as electrical resistivity, cathode to anode surface ratio affects the magnitude of the macrocell current [5].
Evaluation of the material properties of repair materials alone will not be sufficient to predict the success of a repair after its field application.
Factors that influence the macrocell current magnitude The influence of factors such as quality of substrate concrete, type of repair material and the area ratio between anode and cathode are compared as shown in the Fig 5 A-C.
Fig. 5 Factors influencing the magnitude of macrocell current The key findings of the study are explained in the following points, · Macrocell activity is decreasing with the passage of time.

The orthogonal experiments were designed for three levels and four influence factors.
The unique properties of nanocomposite, not shared by conventional materials, include mechanical strength, thermal stability, fire retardant, molecular barrier, and corrosion protection properties.
Factorial designs are very important when experiments involve two or more factors and it is desirable to study the main effects and the factor interactions.
As shown in Table 1, the dosage of chitosan, PAC, MMT and the pH were designed as influence factors.

It also changes the phase behavior of the LC mixture affecting the overall performance of LC-QD composite systems.
The formation of LC mixtures depends on two factors: First, the ability of the molecules to mix together, and second, the mean orientation cohesive energy density of the mixture.
The properties of QDs are size-dependent; therefore, they are extensively used to modify the properties of LCs to fine-tune and improve the electro-optical and photonics-based properties.
Here we summarize the various outcomes that may be useful for Photonics and Electro-optical applications: (a) We could successfully achieve the homogeneous dispersion of QDs without affecting the mechanical stability of the LC mixture system.
