Although studies by Shiomi et al [5] have attempted to calculate the residual stress fields from
laser sintering processes, few have attempted to model the layer-wise building process due to the
complexities introduced by the different states of the materials involved.

This indicates that the seeded thin films have lower structural defects, oxygen vacancies and impurities because of the presence of seeded TiO2 as supportive materials [18] .
Raman analysis confirmed that the appearance of all corresponding ZnO and TiO2 peaks confirmed the existence of mixed crystalline structure of both materials in the TiO2: ZnO thin films.

Strontium silicate (SrSiO3) has good stability under high temperature, which not only can be used as additives to promote composite materials sintering process, but can be used as solid lubricant to improve high temperature friction performance of composite materials [5-8].
Doped with rare metal elements of strontium silicate can also be used as a new type of long rays materials[9,10].
