Introduction Wire Electrical Discharge machining (WEDM) is one of the important non-traditional machining processes which are used for machining difficult to machine materials like composites and inter-metallic materials.
Hybrid composites are a class of materials, having two or more discrete particulate reinforcements [3].
Hybrid composites find diversified applications in many engineering fields which are very important in the recent development in material science and acted as replacement for several materials.
Stir casting is liquid state method of composite materials fabrication, in which a dispersed phase is mixed with a molten matrix metal by means of mechanical stirring.
