Description: The 2025 Annual International Conference Actual Problems of Engineering Mechanics (11th APEM) was the 11th meeting in this series. The conference was organised by the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (Ukraine, Odesa). Colleagues from the National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine, the Slovak University of Technology (Slovakia), RWTH Aachen University (Germany), the University of Sannio (Italy), the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), and the Warsaw University of Technology (Poland) were involved as partners in the conference. The conference was held in an online format due to the war in Ukraine, and it aroused great interest. The scientific program of the conference included plenary and sectional reports in the following areas: structural materials and composites, building materials, modelling of load-resistant structures, and computational research in construction.
