This volume compiled from materials presented at the 7th International Conference on Solid State Science and Technology 2019 (7th ICSSST 2019, November 11-13, 2019 in Putrajaya, Malaysia) and reflects recent results in the area of materials science and processing technologies. The conference was jointly organized by the Centre for Defence Foundation Studies, National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM) as host, in cooperation with the Malaysian Solid State Science and Technology Society (MASS).
