The 4th International Conference on Metallurgy Technology and Materials (ICMTM2016, 18-19th, June, 2016, Singapore) was focused on conventional metallurgy, powder metallurgy, nanomaterials and nanotechnologies, advanced materials science and materials processing technology. This publication will be usefull for many researchers and engineers for trigger further related research and technological improvements in these important fields.
The topics of published results of ICNME 2016 includes: nanomaterials and nanotechnology, biomaterials and biomedical engineering, ceramic and glass materials, computational material science, crystal defect engineering, experimental characterizations, fundamentals and characterization, magnetic materials etc.
This special issue is the proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Advanced Micro-Device Engineering (AMDE 2014) organized by the Human Resource Cultivation Center, Gunma University, held on 5 December 2014 in Kiryu, Japan. Scopes of this proceedings are advanced materials, nanomaterials and technologies, electronics, microelectronics, photonics, biomedical engineering and some technologies of measurements in engineering.
The present collection of papers from 12th International Conference „Local Mechanical Properties“ which was held on November 04.- 06.2015 in Liberec, Czech Republic presents current publications of conference participants from several countries .
Besides the traditional research in area of mechanical properties of different metallic materials, composites, polymers was focused attention also on research of thin layers and nanomaterials. The significant potential of application of these new materials significantly affects on research activities of academia. Future application of innovative materials in different areas of human activities, already requires from researchers the definition of materials properties on atomic level. Conference by its content contributed to the deepening of knowledge about the internal structure of various materials, their mechanical and tribological properties.
2016 International Conference on Composite Materials and Material Engineering took place in Bangkok, Thailand during March 9-11, 2016.
ICCMME 2016 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, developers, and engineers from around the world in both industry and academia for sharing state-of-art research results, for exploring new areas of research and development, and to discuss emerging issues in the fields of composite materials and material engineering, It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new thoughts and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for possible future collaboration, and also it helps expanding the delegates’ knowledge and insight into the significant challenges currently being addressed in the related fields.
