Order Allocation Model Based on Production Load Equilibrium for Supply Chain with Multi-Manufacturers and Multi-Suppliers

Article Preview

Abstract:

For industry cluster with multiple suppliers and multiple manufacturers, there exists a network supply-demand relationship among suppliers and manufacturers. By considering the suppliers' current available manufacturing resources, this paper proposes an order allocation model for supply chain with multi-suppliers and multi-manufacturers based on production-load equilibrium strategy. The simulation of an industrial cluster of injection molding parts with three manufacturers and five suppliers is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
