Development of CNC Machine Running-In Instrument

Abstract:

With high demand of CNC machine tools accuracy, machines are needed to run-in more than 48 hours before selling. As a key link of last process in mechanical assembly of CNC machine, the importance of CNC machine running-in has been approved to have vital effect on the safety, reliability and lifetime. CNC machine running-in instrument is used for test and run in mechanical parts of CNC machines including screw, guide rail and bearings. The paper presents the function of the CNC machine running-in instrument, principle, hardware circuits, the software flowchart of running-in instrument and part of the servo control program.
