Customized Design Support System for Manufacturing Enterprise and its Implementation

Abstract:

The importance of customer service in customized design support is introduced. The basic requirements of customized design support are analyzed, including the difficulties and information flow. A model of information flow among customized design, manufacturing and service is built. The layers and support techniques for customized design support are discussed. The customized design support model is set up and the customized design support procedure is presented. A network-based architecture of customized design support system is proposed and the functions are discussed.
