Abstract:

The quick design and manufacture efficiency of the new production design is a significant issue faced by modern enterprises, the key of which is that how to assure the efficient collection and reuse and benign accumulation of enterprise production knowledge base. To create a series of design scheme and keep the succession of brand type, and achieve the continuation of the offspring product characteristics. In this passage, the defect of the related technology is deeply analyzed, and the production design DNA calculation inference method is applied into packing manufacture line (partly unit machine) virtual prototype building process. And the quick creation and design criteria of packing production line can be achieved, which proves the semantic theory of growth production design based on genetic algorithm.
