Theory and System Implementation of the Electronic Scale Based on STC89C52

Abstract:

In the paper we put forward a design about electronic scale based on STC89C52,which includes data acquisition circuit, control system circuit, LCM1602 liquid crystal display circuit, buttons calibration circuit, alarm circuit and serial interface communication circuit. Meantime we develop the AD conversion program, numerical conversion program, display drivers program, EEPROM memory reading and writing program, buttons calibration program, and the writing of online control program. Then we realize the design of multi-function electronic scale and present the improved scheme. Finally system tests show that the system performance is stable, it can accurately calibrate to zero, system alarm function is good, and online control function is steady.
