Abstract: Promoting and thrust gear on refrigerator body in automatic production line has been designed. The existed equipment has poor adaptability and low efficiency. The key improvement on promoting and thrust gear is to use hydraulic system as driving force. Movement of independent model car on the production line track has been circulated. Reasonable movement effect is achieved after analysis on hydraulic circuit simulation by FulidSIM-H. At last, the promoting and thrust gear is put to use in production line and got good performance.

Abstract: Sulfanilic acid is a representative intermediate of some sulfonated azo dyes. A bacterial strain isolated from the river in Wenzhou, could utilize sulfanilic acid as the solo carbon source and energy source. Based on its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as 16SrRNA sequences the bacterial strain was identified as Ochrobactrum anthrop. Effective biodegradation of sulfanilic acid occurred at pH ranging from 6 to 8. The optimum growth temperature and pH for the bacterial strain to utilize sulfanilic acid are 30°C and 7.0 respectively. Its most favorable sulfanilic acid concentration is 300mg/L.

Abstract: Takagi-Sugeno (T_S) fuzzy model of abrasion resistance of HVAS coating and technological parameters is proposed. The results of identification and simulation of the model show that the identified fuzzy model has relatively high precision and good generalization ability; the identification method is valid. By the use of the model, analyzed influence on properties of HVAS coating with technological parameters.

Abstract: The Al2O3 nano-films of different thicknesses (1~100nm) were successfully deposited on the monocrystalline Si surface by using ion beam sputtering deposition. The surface topography and the component of nano-films with different thickness were analyzed. The quality of the surface of nano-films was systematically studied. When the films’ thickness increase, the studies by atomic force microscope (AFM), X-ray photoelectron spectrum(XPS) show that the gathering grain continually grows up and transits from acerose cellula by two-dimensional growth to globularity by three-dimensional growth. The elements O, Al and Si were found on the surface of Al2O3 nano-films. With the thickness of the films increasing, the content of Al gradually increases and the intensity peak of Si wears off, the surface quality of the deposited films is ceaselessly improved

Abstract: In the generator’s retaining ring hydraulic bulging strengthening process , the ring billet is deformed uniformly by the sealed super pressure water. During the whole process, the diameter of the ring need be detected accurately in order to reduce defects quantity. Using potentiometer displacement sensors which the nonlinear error is less than 0.05% and the repetitive error is less than 0.005mm to measure the real-time change diameter of the ring billet can improve the accuracy greatly. Convert the sensors data to digital signal and transmit to the DataSocket Server procedure. Through DataSocket Server in LabVIEW, the digital data are sent to the remote client procedure by internet. Consequently, implement the remote detecting. The experiment in 5MN oil-hydraulic machine has been done. The diameter value changes from 937.0 mm to 1210 mm in the process. The ring billet is 300MW18-18 steel retaining ring.

Abstract: This paper aims to expand the concept of linguistic variable. The study analyzes the common conclusion forms in the evaluation project. The evaluation often makes the final conclusion by analyzing the fuzzy number and its membership function. However, the information of modified word or phrase (“largely”, “preliminary” and “unclear”) has got lost in analysis. The study develops the extended linguistic variable by integrating the modified and traditional linguistic variable. It is useful to understand the means of ambiguity exactly in the manufacturing processing.

Abstract: Li-ion power battery which has a broad prospect of application in many industry fields is a new type of high power battery. The formation is a key process in battery manufacture. After formation, the active materials of anode and cathode in the battery can be activated. Consequently, the charge-discharge performance, self-discharge performance, reserve performance and some other comprehensive performances can be improved. Only after formation can batteries achieve the best performance. With the change of formation process, the formation and holding for a single battery has been changed to for a group. Therefor, a new type of battery parameter testing equipment needs to be designed, which can test a group of batteries automatically. This paper will introduce the design of this equipment thoroughly.

Abstract: Aiming at the high-power low-speed marine diesel engine, the paper analyzes the impact of the diesel engine’s cooling to the power, economy and NOx’s emission, studies the variable flow control method and system of the diesel engine cooling water and proposes the scheme setting up the intercooler system and the body cooling system independently in the diesel engine. The results show that the methods and systems are better to improve the engine power, reduce the fuel consumption and NOx’s emission.

Abstract: Wireless Sensor Networks is a novel technology of information acquisition and processing. It integrates the technologies of sensor, wireless communication, and microelectronics. It can sense and collect environmental parameters in the range of the network, and then process the parameters cooperatively in real time. We discuss the design principle and performance evaluation method of the data fusion algorithm for wireless sensor networks in detail. We introduce the concept of fusion cost, and emphasize that the data fusion algorithm in wireless sensor networks must be combined with specific application background. Finally, we emphasize the proposed algorithm which combined reduced-rank filtering with adaptive weighted. The fact that it can effectively eliminate the effect of abnormal noise on fusion performance is illustrated through examples. The results showed that this algorithm occupies obviously the advantage in the aspect of fault-tolerant ability.

Abstract: This paper proposes a kind of control method used to solve the stability problem of the trotted robot. Propose the concept of inside flip design four-footed robot and build a double inverted pendulum model. Establish dynamic equation to analyze the factors of affecting the motion stability. During walking, the center of gravity can maintain a proper vibration and have a maximum safety region of flip angle. Finally, use Adams to verify the control method.
