Abstract: Assuming the measuring parameters obey the Gaussion distribution, this paper proposes a Chi-square distribution based steady data judgment algorithm, which includes two parts, i.e. gross error detection and steady data judgment criterion. In order to overcome the noise’s influence on the result of neutral network training, the paper introduces the RANSAC algorithm into the neutral network training and put forward a RANSAC-BP neutral network training algorithm, which culls noisy data during neutral network training and then retrain the neutral network with noise free data, thus robust to data noises. This algorithm has been validated by a simulation experiment.

Abstract: Using phase difference change rate’s augmentation to angular velocity, an improved passive location is developed,which solves the high precision parameter measurement problem of angular velocity in passive location and tracking via spatial-frequency domain information. The simulation shows that this method can reduce the difficulties of parameter measurement. The ranging error is mainly affected by the measurement error of phase difference change rate and doppler frequency change rate. Compared with the original method, it has higher passive location precision.

Abstract: The GAT high accuracy gyro Station has high accuracy, automatic orientation, which is developed by Chang’an University Survey and Spatial Information Research Institute and the China Aerospace Times Electronics Corp. It has the domestic independent intellectual property rights The GATA high accuracy Gyro station's main body adopts the space technology .It has many advantages such as high accuracy, automatic, rapid orientation, safe explosion-proof and so on. The GAT high accuracy Gyro station has carried on massive location experiments, this instrument carried on the project examples has confirmed successively. Particularly in the verification process, compared to the Gyromat2000 high-precision Station produced in Germany, which is internationally recognized the best, the result shows that the GAT in finding north and accuracy indicators is as same as Gyromat2000, and is better in self-checking, automatic data processing, the erroneous evaluation and in operation contact surface's friendliness than Gyromat2000, but the price of it is lower than Gyromat2000. Therefore, using the GAT high accuracy gyro station will bring the remarkable economic and social benefits.

Abstract: This study aims to develop an innovative Generator that can be installed in pipelines with ease or even without stopping the fluid flow under certain conditions. The turbine design was the major focus and modern engineering tools such as 3D CAD software and Rapid Prototyping technology were utilized during the development. Designs of different turbine structures were tested and the turbine with swing gates seems to be the best choice in this application. Experiments on parameters such as rotational velocity and voltages were performed with satisfactory results.

Abstract: A large number of Concrete Structures need be reinforced in china. So as new rehabilitation and reinforcing techniques, the SRAP approaches were introduced in this paper, and the SR strengthens materials and AP modified resin mortars were combined with pre-stressed method in SRAP approaches. First, nowadays structure distress characteristics were presented and lots of reinforcing techniques were compared and analyzed in this paper. Based on the SRAP advantages such as the concrete crack rehabilitation and its used material innocuity and so on, the analysis results show that the SRAP are feasible and reasonable to guide the design and operation of structure rehabilitation and reinforcement, The SRAP construction measures and expected reinforcing effects were given out in this paper. The results shows that SRAP approaches with numerical simulation is feasible to guide structure rehabilitation and reinforcement,and the proposed SRAP engineering measures are effective for preventing structure local fracturing and satisfaction of rehabilitation and reinforcement targets.

Abstract: With cavitation model being considered, a LP (Lumped Parameter) model and a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) model on the flow and pressure characteristics of the axial piston pump for seawater desalination were created. Based on the geometry structure and operating condition of the pump, these two models were numerically calculated and corresponding results were compared and discussed. Both the two models can describe the dynamic flow and pressure characteristics of the pump. The CFD model is accurate and many details such as cavitation position can be predicted. LP model is a simplified model compared with CFD model. Because the damping effect of the inlet of the pump is neglected, this model is only suitable for rough calculation in engineering.

Abstract: Power system load shedding has been used as an emergency control method to prevent possible power system instability problems. In this paper, a model predictive control based load shedding scheme is proposed to enhance long term voltage stability of a power system. The main advantage of this method is the capability to handle control actions with proper time instant. A new cost function is defined for the model predictive control scheme. The proposed scheme is tested on the New England 39-bus system to validate its efficiency and effectiveness in preventing system long term voltage stability problems.

Abstract: When single-phase to ground fault happens in non-effectively earthed systems, in order to select the fault line more accurately, this paper puts forward the concept that relative intensity of the transient signal (Q). And based on this, a new method processing nonlinear and the non-stationary single named Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) was combined with the steady-state zero sequence current method, named a new line selection method which synthesized the transient and steady state quantity. The method makes full use of transient and steady-state line information, to make up for the shortage of the previous method which using single criterion to detect fault line. At last, it was showed that this method is not affected by the fault initial phase Angle and grounding resistance by MATLAB, and also its accuracy and feasibility have been verified.

Abstract: To make full and reasonable use of natural light in civil buildings has an important meaning to the construction of green buildings. This paper has designed an intelligent sunshading control system based on Lonworks fieldbus. Based on the analysis on the sunshading control needs of civil buildings, this paper has proposed a system framework based on Lonworks fieldbus, and has designed control nodes of intelligent curtains from the two aspects of hardware nodes and control software. At last, this paper has also designed the host computer monitoring software.

Abstract: This paper which set service-oriented manufacturing enterprises as the research object use the basic idea of the Balanced Scorecard designing performance evaluation system of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises. According to the organizational vision and strategy, it determined the strategic goal, formed a set of strategy map of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises and provided managers a clear understanding of the basis of enterprises performance current level. It benefited managers understanding the reason of performance level for digging it, and long-term development of enterprises.
