Abstract: The scientific research achievements are evaluated based on the BP neural network method which is developed in this paper. According to the analysis and consult with the well-known experts, set up the evaluation index system of scientific research achievements, and based on it, the BP neural network model which is used to evaluate the scientific research achievements is established. Through an actual example, in order to improve the solution efficiency, use the Matlab software to solve the model and get the evaluation result of the scientific research achievements in the example. The evaluation result has high accuracy and could meet the basic actual needs. The evaluation method which is set up in this paper will benefit to our country's evaluation index system of the scientific research achievements and will promote the development of evaluation methods of the scientific research achievements.

Abstract: Presented in this paper is a new element-free formulation built shape function using moving Kriging interpolation method instead of moving least squares method. The merit of the proposed method is that the shape functions constructed using this method have the property of Kronecker δ-function property which made the essential boundary conditions be easily implemented. The fundamental theory of this procedure is illustrated and numerical analyses of examples show that the proposed procedure is an effective and simple method with higher computational accuracy.

Abstract: This study focuses on the threshold segmentation algorithm to obtain the real microstructure of asphalt concrete based on digital image technique, the perlite powder which was a kind of low-density material was put in the asphalt concrete to enhance the density contrast, three different specimens in which added different contents of perlite powder were compacted, and then the asphalt concrete specimens were scanned using x-ray CT to capture the gray images that reflect the density differences of the three constituents such as aggregates, mastic and voids, the CT images were converted to be the histograms. Furthermore, the FCM (Fuzzy C-Means) was demonstrated that it could be utilized to choose proper threshold values and segment images exactly, according to the double peak conditions of the three different histograms, the double peak condition for AC-13 is the best among the three types, a similar double peak features between AK13 and SMA-13 were observed. The results shows that the different contents of perlite powder added in the asphalt concrete can form different double peaks. This is another new method to segment the three constituents of the asphalt concrete exactly.

Abstract: This paper analyze ultimate bearing capacity, transfer mechanism, failure process and influence of aperture, steel bar diameter, concrete rating and on elastic bearing capacity and ultimate bearing capacity of PBL shear connectors by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. This paper can provide a reference for further design of PBL shear connectors as well as push-out or pull-out test. The results show that the elasticity bearing capacity of PBL shear connectors is determined primarily by concrete while the ultimate bearing capacity is determined primarily by perforative steel bar.

Abstract: Simulation analysis and experiment research are performed on the aeroacoustic noise of a landing gear component in this paper. Detached Eddy Simulation (DES) is used to produce the flow field of the model. The Ffowcs-Williams/Hawkings (FW-H) equation is used to calculate the acoustic field. The sound field radiated from the model is measured in the acoustic wind tunnel. A comparison shows that the simulation results agree well with the experiment results under the acoustic far field condition. The results show that the noise radiated from the model is broadband noise. The directivity of the noise source is like a type of dipole. The location between shock absorber and strut, shock absorber and bogie can induce the interaction noise which is presented by two energy peaks in the spectra. The shock absorber and the bogie is the main contributor while the strut is the least contributor to the total noise.

Abstract: Add layers for low-rise steel structure building can improve its using function. Use ANSYS analyze three added-layers beam-column joints of steel structure under the Monotonic loading. The results showed that: the joint reinforced by angles belongs to semi-rigid joint. Considering the construction and Structural requirements, the performance of this type joint is the most economical of all. The three joints all experience fully elastic deformation before them destructed, although the joint with only weld is deformation and failure, and the joint reinforced by haunched slab have larger deformability to resistance the plastic deformation, ultimate bearing capacity and initial stiffness, is one of the most conservative way of the joint’s reinforcement.

Abstract: Software engineering lacks maturity compared to other engineering disciplines. The research goal of this thesis is to contribute to the software engineering discipline from an engineering perspective, through the identification of software engineering fundamental principles and the description of operational guidelines for these engineering fundamental principles. This research study on the set of candidate fundamental principles will contribute to a better understanding and possibly from an engineering perspective.

Abstract: A large part of Qinling Mountains and north of the Yellow River in China belongs to cold regions, so accurate forecasting of power load in cold regions plays an important role in economic development. This article summarizes the basic theory of power load, power load forecasting and medium and long term load forecasting power load forecasting in cold regions, studies on the affecting factors of the medium and long term power load in cold regions, proposes the study road map on the affecting factors of the medium and long term load in cold regions and analyzes empirically the medium and long term power load forecasting in the northeast of China.

Abstract: As a newly developed type of foundation for deep water offshore and marine engineering, the suction caisson is usually subjected to combined loading of vertically uplift load, horizontal load and moment. Performance evaluation and design theory for such a new type of foundation can not meet the basic requirements of engineering practice sufficiently at present. In this paper, the general-purpose finite element analysis package ABAQUS is employed to conduct three-dimensional numerical analyses on load-carrying features of suction caisson foundation. Then the ultimate bearing capacity of suction caisson foundation under monotonic load for two drainage conditions of the soil is evaluated by displacing-controlling procedure.
