Abstract:

This paper established the Evaluation Index system of supervisors’ stress level and used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) assessing. According to the assessment results of based-AHP,supervision enterprise can make the stress management and can revised the inadequacies in the work constantly, perfected the job content, improved the efficiency and effectiveness of stress management work.
