Abstract: From the urgency of speeding-up construction the low carbon housing industry system in China, the integration of housing industry chain is thought the key problem of accelerating for construction our low carbon housing industry system, and some countermeasures including the ideas of low carbon economy carried out in the housing industry chain integration, speeding-up the establishment the standards and norms of low carbon housing industry, pushing the dominant style of housing industrialization strongly, and strengthening low carbon chain integration through the professional services institutions are put forward in this paper.

Abstract: Building industrialization has great significance to change the traditional mode of construction production,helps to achieve the goal of energy saving and emissions reduction, and promotes the sustainable development.The paper analyzes the low carbon characteristics of building industrialization products and the market failure caused by external economy, introduces the market mechanism of carbon emissions trading,which makes supply and demand of building industrialization products to approach or achieve the optimal state of Pareto. From the consideration of reasonable interest demand of the main party in life cycle, the paper brings forward the building industrialization development mode based on carbon emissions trading, and makes supporting measures from seting up the mechanism of carbon emissions trading,constructing the mechanism of information sharing, levying waste disposal fee and so on.

Abstract: This paper studied the health risk of air pollutants SO2, NO2 and PM10 in all the districts and counties of Beijing with exposure-response analysis. Different ecological risk areas based on health risk of air pollutants are recommended in Beijing. The result shows that SO2 and NO2 brought a relatively low health risk, while PM10 brought a relatively high health risk. Air pollutants health risk exists in all the districts and counties of Beijing, and most ecological conservation development zones are low risk areas, while urban functional center zones, urban functional development zones and new urban development zones are mainly in medium risk level.

Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to study the characteristics of PM10 concentrations in the atmosphere over time granularity and spatial distribution in Yantai city. The concentration of PM10 is investigated in the daily from 2006 to 2010. The result shows that the characteristics of PM10 concentration in each time granularity are different: the interannual variation can be divided into two stages and the highest is approximately equal twice times of the lowest. The seasonal changes is distinct and the PM10 average concentration presents a feature that spring > winter > autumn > summer. And the highest month of PM10 is April, followed in March and May. The geographical distribution of PM10 is the center of pollution has been located in region A. Each region getting lowest in summer and the minimum one is region H where the concentration is 0.052mg/m3. The function regions can be divided into two categories: most regions show same as the seasonal changes but the region A and G’s characteristics change dramatically and the concentration of PM10 has come to 0.156 mg/m3 in the winter.

Abstract: For the elderly special physiological needs, used of building energy evaluation software named Autodesk Vasari to simulate the wind environment of the planning area. Explored the impact of the wind environment on choosing the location of Diao Bingshan Sun city endowment community. And used software to simulate and contrast, optimized local wind environment from layout view. Finally, use the conclusions to guide this project design and summarize the factors affecting the outdoor wind environment in order to guide the design of similar projects.

Abstract: The concept and occurrence mechanism of negative air ions (NAI) was introduced and its health care function was described. Through observing NAI concentration of six spots in Beidaihe in China, NAI evaluation standard which has seven grades is put up and the relationship between negative air ion quantity and human health is clarified clearly.

Abstract: For study the law of urban buildings, in particular, the buildings at both roads’ sides in crossroads impacting on the diffusion of automobile exhaust, using CFD, combined with meteorological wind,simulates a crossroads automobile exhaust diffusion processing during waiting 35s. The results are following: in poor circulation areas, CO volume fraction in the buildings near-Earth space is up to 1.0e-7 and more than 100 times average value of the entire study area, so buildings structural layout has great influence. After Analysis, propose that local meteorological wind direction and speed should be considered and different height gradient design should be selected in buildings structural layout, so that the exhaust spread rapidly and drift to the urban high altitude, in order to improve air quality.

Abstract: Studies on principal factors preventing CER (China Environmental Risk) from Area Angle are seldom found, so we studied this theme in this thesis. By our analysis, principal factors can be ordered by contribution as follows: Xinjiang, Guangdong, Jiangxi, and Henan. And our related advice is as follows: first, careful protection of natural environment. Secondly strict surveillance on production of waste from enterprise production and human living action, etc.. Thirdly great encouragement to arouse interest in technological innovations friendly with the environment in waste disposal, etc.. And fourthly different emphasis of management in different areas, such as pollution of resources excavation and refinement in Xinjiang, industry pollution and water pollution in Guangdong, food quality and farming pollution in Jiangxi, and food quality, pollution of resources excavation and refinement, and water pollution in Henan, etc..

Abstract: Ambient air, tree bark, soil and river sediments were sampled by the investigation of the background levels from a typical regional without industrial pollution in southern China. The WHO-TEQ of PCDD/F (WHO-2005) were 0.0366±0.0126 pg/Nm3 in ambient air, 0.8863±0.6088 pg/g in tree bark, 3.2435±0.0651 pg/g in soil and 1.4795±0.1917 pg/g in river sediments, respectively. The levels of PCDF in ambient air and tree bark were generally a little lower than the PCDD levels, but the values of PCDD were tens, even thousands times high than the PCDF in the soil and river sediments. The scope plot of PCA indicated that the congener profiles of PCDD/Fs in the tree barks, soil and river sediments of Hezhou were similar, but different from the samples of ambient air.
