Abstract: In recent years, GPS (Global Positioning System) developed rapidly, and widely used in car navigation, logistics, monitoring and other fields. However, intelligent tracking assistance for the old is relatively backward in the application. With GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) and the QT cross-platform development tool, we design an intelligent tracking and assistance system. The system consists of the user and the terminals. The user can track the old, while the terminal can send alarm messages to the user when the old press the alarm button. We design and implement the display, alarm, help and query functions. Also, the system has good portability and scalability.

Abstract: This paper presents a new nonlinear excitation controller for transient stability with voltage feedback of a synchronous power generator connected to a single machine infinite bus. In this design terminal voltage is introduced as a feedback. The proposed controller based on voltage feedback technique which enhance the transient stability of power system and stabilizes the terminal voltage about the given operating point when the fault occurs closer to the infinite bus bar. Simulation results show that, compared with the controller without voltage feedback, the proposed controller has better control effect on power system and which remarkably improves the deficiencies in the control of generator terminal voltage of the traditional control.

Abstract: Image denoising algorithm based on gradient dependent energy functional often compromised the image features like textures or certain details. This paper proposes an iterative regularization model based on Dual Norms for image denoising. By using iterative regularization model, the oscillating patterns of texture and detail are added back to fit and compute the original Dual Norms model, and the iterative behavior avoids overfull smoothing while denoising the features of textures and details to a certain extent. In addition, the iterative procedure is proposed in this paper, and the proposed algorithm also be proved the convergence property. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve a batter result in preserving not only the features of textures for image denoising but also the details for image.

Abstract: A scheme for simulation of DBF used in radar seeker by Simulink is proposed in this paper. Considering the feature of digital devices, an optimized modular simulation model is built up. Experiments show that the model parameters are flexible and results are reliable, which can be used in hardware design for reference.

Abstract: Some new results of delay-dependent stabilization for linear singular time-delay systems are presented. And the time delay considered here is assumed to be constant but unknown. By using a new Lyapunov-krasovskii functional which splits the whole delay interval into two subintervals and defines a different energy function on each subinterval, a sufficient delay-dependent condition is obtained for the singular time-delay system to be regular, impulse free and stable.

Abstract: In this paper, we have discussed the adaptive controller problem for a class of nonlinear discrete systems. Firstly, the general nonlinear discrete-time system is transformed into a new form which is more suitable for adaptive controller design. Based on the new model, the observer is proposed to estimate the unavailable states. The adaptive controller is designed to track the desired trajectory.

Abstract: Wireless sensor networks require energy-efficient and robust routingprotocols. Most routing protocols for sensor networks try to extendnetwork lifetime by minimizing the energy consumption, but have not taken the network reliability into account. In this paper, we analyze the fault models and propose an ENergy-aware FAult-tolerantRouting scheme, termed as ENFAR. Firstly a link-based uniform fault model is presented, and we adopt a cross-layer design to measurethe transmission delay so as to detect the failed nodes.

Abstract: The traditional measurement methods cannot adapt to the arduous topography of alpine-gorge area. Aiming at the topographical features of alpine-gorge area, we will introduce a general terrestrial method of multi-baseline photogrammetry basing on digital camera here, and then the paper mainly studies the metrization method of common digital camera and matching method of the digital image sequences of alpine-gorge area. Through the metrization of common digital camera, the efficiency of terrain data collection will increase in the alpine-gorge area, and the requirements of operations on the image control and algorithm will reduce. The combination of seed points and multiple constraints in multi-baseline stereo matching will help to solve many problems, such as shading, severe distortion between the left image and the right one, and the inconformity of scale. The modeling process stated above is quite fast and highly precise, and the three-dimensional modeling experiments show that the relative accuracy can reach from 1 / 8000 to 1 / 12000.

Abstract: This paper proposes a SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) control platform which offers commonly required control functionalities such as terminal control, service session connectivity control, service information exchanging, etc., so that enables more efficient control platform configuration. Also it presents requirements and core functionalities of the SOA control platform for effective control on the interaction between various services and the platform. The SOA control platform is considered on next generation network, and it is focused on IPTV service control in the IMS network environment.

Abstract: This lighting system is a versatile remote control for stadiums smart lighting application. This paper describes the design of a high-brightness LED system, which demonstrates wireless communication using Freescale’s MC13213 device, high-brightness LED dimming control using Freescale’s MM908E625 and the 3-axis acceleration sensor MMA7260QT from Freescale. Advantages of using LED lighting are a long operating life, no fragile glass, no mercury, and low-voltage DC operation. In the system, each wireless part communicates over the RF medium using the freely available software stack SMAC from Freescale. At last , the paper analysis the dimming and itensity of the smart lighting system.
