Abstract: The environmental pollution of the rural area partly results from the excrement of sheep, cattle and poultry. In a systematic project of regulating and harnessing the excrement, the additive is applied to mix the faeces to remove the unbearable smell from livestock excreta and to make better and comprehensive utilization of the excreta. At present, the mixers at home and abroad are not applicable to mix the excrement of domestic animals for the reason that there are so many fibers in it. The shapes of sheep and cattle excrement like a ball which demands the rotor of the mixer to have the clipping function. Thus, the clipping and mixing machine is designed. Its principle, structure, technique and its main parameters are analyzed and proved in this paper.

Abstract: In a cigarette silk production line of a cigarette factory, the noise of vibrating conveyor not only endangers the health of workers’ listening, but also reduces work efficiency. In this paper, the modal of the frame was analyzed with the ANSYS software. The analysis results show that the frame has torsion vibration and swing. These vibrations will bring adverse effects and noise. Through designing a vibration isolation system on the vibrating conveyor, the reasonableness and effectiveness of the isolation component were proved with static and dynamic analysis of the vibration isolation system with finite element method. At the same time, some rules what select the spring parameters were summed up. Through analyzing the isolation effect of the vibration isolation system in different parameters, these regularity conclusions will provide a basis for the noise reduction [1].

Abstract: In this paper, using rotational viscometer measured the viscosity of ink,using IGT printability tester complete the transfer of the ink on different paper, using the analytical balance measure the amount of ink transfer, and using transfer rate formula calculate the ink transfer rate. Using EXCEL to establish the ink viscosity and the transfer rate curve, And fitted curve equation, thus that obtained conclusion of different ink viscosity affect ink transfer on different paper.

Abstract: The Lead-Rubber-Bearing is a type of isolation device in entirety. Its design parameter is complicated. when it is used in bridges, it always need plenty of time to design. It is not beneficial to its application and dissemination. The design formula now available are lack of relevance,can not provide a clear and distinct computation measure. This paper explains in a systematic way the formula and reasonable value range of the design parameter. These parameters include the diameter and height of lead pin, effective design deflection, the equivalent linear model, shear strain of rubber bearing shear stress of the lead,initial rigidity and second rigidity and so on. At last this paper induces computing method of equivalent rigidity and equivalent damping constant and gives some examples。This paper gives scientific basis for the concrete design and makes the bearing standard and serial to lay a foundation for its application.

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of position measurement and control systems in automatic wheelset assembly machine. This system adopts direct close-loop position control in the process of pressing and real time monitor position of wheel and axle with high accuracy. Compared with traditional wheelset assembly machine, it can improve production efficiency and ensure the quality of pressing through control the distance between backs of wheel flange and the position difference of two wheels accurately.

Abstract: General expression of spiral is derived by turning any section profile into the end section profile, in terms of surface parameter equations based on the modeling principle in machining operations, and the body of spiral surface is divided into two parts, rotation part and spiral part, indicating the key point that the relative portion between the two parts is most important. “Revolution -Accumulation Method” is put forward with triangular patches being connected into a tiny slide. And the slides are rotated to some degrees and then superimposed together along the axis of the spiral, so as to construct final spiral surface. Two examples of modeling with Revolution- Accumulation Method, cylindrical spiral model and conic spiral model, the most widely used in engineering, are given and successfully executed.

Abstract: By using SolidWorks2010 software 3d entity modeling for the engine crankshaft of the developed tobacco harvest machine was built, and Ansys system combining working conditions to crankshaft with Ansys finite element method was imported. Then the crankshaft's stress result figure in four conditions was got, the stress concentration area was found, comparing and the analysis the the working conditions of the results, thus the basis theory for the engine of the crankshaft structure optimization design and research was provided.

Abstract: First the extruding force model of isotropic powder material passing through the die hole in pelleting process was founded, then the pressure distribution model in the extruding areas was built. Based on the two models, the torque model in pelleting process of rotated roll forming was developed. The experiments were carried out on the special designed pellet mill and the wireless torque testing system was used to analysis the torque datum. It is shown the computing datum is very close to the experimental results. The researches are helpful to the optimal structural design, energy consume reduction and proper use of the pellet mill in practice.
