Abstract: This paper proposes a tractor hydraulic lighten testing system based on OPC technology. OPC technology is well applied to Tractor Hydraulic Lighten Testing System. The host computer can directly communicate with PLC and AD module through OPC technology. The control circuit is greatly simplified, the entire experiments can be completed on PC.The operation is convenient; the system is reliable;the program is easy to debug;test types can choose automatic or manual mode. The actual test results show that the performance of device is stable and reliable. The automation degree of the test system is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced.

Abstract: In this study, equations of space-curve meshing-wheel (SCMW) surfaces are obtained. Based on the tooth contact analysis (TCA), mathematical model of SCMW is established under the condition of angular misalignment. Numerical analysis and simulation results demonstrate the angular alignment error has an impact on transmission error inevitably. Investigation provides a theoretical reference for adjusting the assembly angle of SCMW.

Abstract: Vertical planetary mill is a kind of efficient grinding equipment. Due to its unique design, the materials can suffer combined effects of squeezing, shearing and grinding.[1] This paper study the feasibility of the usage of the vertical planetary mill in the field of foundry sand reclamation. It will use Solid Edge to Design and modeling, and it can provide reference price for staff.

Abstract: Combined with features of flexible multi-body drilling string system and top-drive drilling system, the characteristic equation for lateral, twisting and longitudinal coupled vibration of flexible multi-body drilling string system is developed based on elastic vibration theory and finite element method, and the lateral vibration constraints is restored. Within 1700m vertical borehole, the relationship between the intrinsic frequency of flexible multi-body drilling string system and axial load, static drilling pressure, mud, length of drill collars, length of drill pipes are gained by analyzing the lateral vibration, twisting vibration and longitudinal fluid-structure vibration of flexible multi-body drilling string system by using software ANSYS. One to five step intrinsic frequencies of flexible multi-body drilling string system are gained. The research is about the theoretical basis for Well bore control theory of top drive drilling.

Abstract: The liquid within a cylindrical pipe affects the vibration characteristics of the pipe. Furthermore, these vibration characteristics are affected by lumped mass on the pipe. The natural frequencies and the vibration modes of the cylindrical pipe with different lumped masses can be obtained by finite element analysis. The natural frequencies of the containing liquid cylindrical pipe are obtained by experiments. The experimental results show that the natural frequencies of the containing liquid pipe are affected by the lumped mass. The greater the lumped mass is, the smaller the natural frequencies of the pipe are.

Abstract: Reducing smashing power is important to a combine harvester. The results from the experiments indicated that rationally choosing the combination of parameters of moving reamer, fixed reamer and bundle angles could remarkably reduces smashing power. The straight moving knife matching cutting fixed knife has a better feeding ability and can get a higher smashing ratio and consume lower power.

Abstract: The effects of electron beam welding on the residual stresses of welded joints of pure aluminum plate 99.60 are studied by through-hole-drilling and blind-hole-drilling method. Meanwhile, based on the thermal elastic-plastic theory, and making use of ANSYS finite element procedure, a three - dimensional finite element model using mobile heat source of temperature and stresses field of electron beam welding in pure aluminum is established. The welding process is simulated by means of the ANSYS software. The results show that the main residual stress is the longitudinal residual stress, the value of the longitudinal residual stress is much larger than the transverse residual stress. But the residual stress in the thickness is rather small. And in the weld center, the maximum value of residual stresses is lower than its yield strength. The simulation results about the welded residual stresses are almost identical with the experimental results by measuring. So the research result is important to science research and engineering application.

Abstract: The main issue in cold rolling is the control of rolling chatter, the deformation of the metal sheet roll-bite is ideally homogeneous and elastic-plastic. In addition, only the vertical interactions of the work roll and the roll-bite are considered. The sheet force resulted from the elastic-plastic deformation of the roll-bite is established to be the dominant factor affecting the dynamic response of the work roll. Although the developed rolling system is highly nonlinear, however, the induced instability and chatter in response to various types of sheet force excitations are either modal excitation or resonance-like beating, both of which are characteristically linear. This article establishes the fundamental knowledge base required for the understanding of the characteristics and mechanism of the third and the fifth octave rolling chatters, and thus provides the essential basis for effective control of rolling instability and chatter-free roll mill design.

Abstract: In micro machining, turn-milling tool wear is a key factor for part surface quality. This paper carries on experiments on end mills wear in micro turn-milling machining, aiming to research the wear form and provide some reference data for developing wear standard of small diameter end mills. To measure wear condition of end mills, machine vision technique is utilized. This paper designs and sets up an online end mill wear measurement system for a micro turn-milling process center. With a series of experiments on small diameter end mills, wear conditions of different cutting positions are researched. Based on analysis of experiment data, wear characteristics and wear rule for micro turn-milling process are summarized in this paper.
