Abstract: In the monitoring of a NC machine tool (NCMT), signal analysis is one of the most important considerations. In order to process multi-information in a comprehensive way and integrate with NC systems in a stable way, a signal analysis module (SAM) with various feature parameters programmed in C language is proposed. Experiments are carried out in Huazhong NCMT to verify the validity of the presented SAM. The work described in this paper can be applied to almost all NC systems and industrial computers with different operating systems (OSs).

Abstract: On the basis of hydrostatic and hydraulic auxiliary braking system for tracked vehicle, the hydraulic pump efficiency was analyzed and discussed. And the model according to the performance analysis was set up, and the optimal working line in which the hydraulic pump working at the highest efficiency level was obtained. And an energy regenerative braking control strategy was proposed which can lead to the optimal matching of hydraulic coupler, hydraulic pump/motor. The computing results show that the hydraulic pump/motor can achieve efficient operation, and the energy regeneration efficiency of braking was improved obviously with the regenerative braking control strategy under the safe braking condition.

Abstract: Starting control with constant engine speed of AMT automotive is a clutch control means based on the target accelerator pedal opening. According to the different accelerator pedal opening, the clutch engagement speed will be different. The neural network is used to estimate the target accelerator pedal opening by the start of the initial accelerator pedal opening variation. Thus completing the engine target speed and clutch engagement speed is to make sure the AMT start fast and smoothly. The results showed that: through estimating the target accelerator pedal opening, this control strategy can shorten the starting time and improved control quality significantly.

Abstract: Abstract. The vibrating equation and the moving stiffness model are created for the Parallel Bonding Mechanism of the IC Chip Die designed. Its moving stiffness characteristic curves in whole working space are obtained though Matlab software and analyzed in this paper. Based on these characteristic curves, it proves that the moving stiffness of the Parallel Bonding Mechanism designed meets the working requirements of IC Chip Die.

Abstract: A simple and intuitive scheme about online locomotion pattern generation of dynamic walking for biped robot is presented to solve the complex joint trajectory design. A modeling which based on Cartesian Coordinate system and generalized coordinates was proposed. The gait planning of the biped robot was studied by using the method of 3rd order spline interpolation algorithm. The hip and impatient joint trajectory of the robot was emulated using Matlab. The result shows that the algorithm can make a continuously smooth moving trajectory of position and velocity, resulting in the moving trajectory of manipulation continuously smooth, which satisfies the industrial robot need.

Abstract: This study characterizes warpage of a micro-injection molded micro electrical fan using the Michelson interference method. This study conducts experiments to analyze different polymers-polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), acrylonitrile-butadiene styrene (ABS), ABS+ polycarbonate (PC), and polyoxymethylene (POM)-process parameters, such as mold temperature, injection temperature, injection pressure, injection time, packing time, and packing pressure, for a micro electrical fan. To obtain the optimum result (minimum warpage), this study assesses the effect (warpage) of each material on micro-injection molding. PA plastic is the very suitable material for micro electrical fan with Michelson interference analysis on micro-injection molding.

Abstract: The purpose of this research work is to find the relationship between the driving force (F) of 3-TPS/TP parallel robot’s moving platform and the motion of tool tip, and provide reliable basis for the robot control. The Lagrange method is adopted to establish the dynamics model, and the results of the simulation by MATLAB are given in this paper. The movement of tool tip can be described by the angle α and β rotated around X-axis and Y-axis respectively, and the displacement z in the Z direction. The simulation results show that the value of F increases with the increase of the value of z, namely when the total length of the transmission rod decreases, F will increase to overcome the resistance caused by telescoping.

Abstract: A humanoid flexible robot hand is introduced base on the single bending joint and bi-directional bending flexible joint we previously developed. The robot hand has human palm shape, and all the fingers have the same structure based on the modular design, which improve the versatility and interchangeability greatly. The position and posture of the fingers are acquired by means of homogeneous transformation matrix with parameter. The study in this paper lays the foundation for further research.
