Abstract: The interaction between ADN and (NC+NG) was studied by isothermal and non-isothermal thermogravimety. The mechanism functions and apparent activation energy and pre-exponential constant have been fitted and calculated by the Arrhenius method, and at same time compared the dates with calculated by Kissinger’s and Ozawa’s method. The result showed that using isothermal thermogravimetric analyzer method studied interaction and model function of(NC+NG)/ADN (1:1) mixture system was trusty and in reason,in selected testing temperature compared NC/NG single system and ADN single system with (NC+NG)/ADN mixture system and found that model function have not changed in evidence,apparent activation energy and activation velocity have varied, at atmospheric pressure and isothermal condition, there being interaction at double-base bond (NC/NG) with oxidizer (ADN).

Abstract: Hot compression tests were conducted on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator for TA15 titanium alloy at temperatures of 750~1050 °C and at strain rate of 0.001 ~ 1 s with a deformation reduction of 60%. The results show that the flow stress of TA15 titanium alloy increases rapidly to a peak with deformation strain, then decreases to a saturation status. The steady and peak stress significantly decreases with deformation temperature increasing and strain rate decreasing. The activation energies (Q) are 619.264kJ/mol in (α+β) phase and 522.58kJ/mol in β phase, respectively. It was found that the parameters, peak stress σp, steady stress σres, peak strain εp and steady strain εres, have linear relationships with Zenner-Hollomon parameter, Z.

Abstract: TiAlN films were prepared by closed field Unbalanced Magnetron Sputtering ion plating. EDS, XRD and SEM were used to test the films’ chemical composition, microstructure and surface morphology. In addition, the films’ surface microhardness, bonding strength and friction coefficient were also determined. The experimental results indicate that the TiAlN films of different substrate hardness have dense film structure and the same chemical composition, the hard substrate microhardness of the film can reach 2575 HV0.025 and soft substrate can be up to 2295 HV0.025, the bonding strength of which is respectively 59N and 56N, Friction coefficient is 0.45 and 0.5.

Abstract: Having good mechanical strength, biocompatibility, and workability, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is often used as a biomaterial. In this study, PET filaments with various deniers are made into plied yarn with various coefficients of twist. The plied yarn is then made into PET knitted fabrics. Mechanical property tests are performed to determine the differences among the various PET knitted fabrics. Finally, by using cell culture, the PET knitted fabrics are analyzed and evaluated with their cell attachment.

Abstract: The article briefly introduced the wearing characteristic and the test method of Outlast Air-conditioning fiber knitted fabrics, like comfortableness, fastness, and the moisture permeability and so on. Finally use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and estimate the wearing characteristic of Outlast Air-conditioning fiber knitted fabric. And then reach a kind of stitch with the optimum wearing characteristic.

Abstract: The article briefly introduced the wearing characteristics and the test methods of jutecell fiber knitted fabrics of 7 kinds different structures, like comfortableness, fastness and other properties, and used the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and estimate the wearing characteristics of jutecell fiber knitted fabric. Finally reach a kind of knitted structure with the optimum wearing characteristic.

Abstract: Nowadays there is no precision theory to determine the parameters of an octagonal ring type transducer with high sensitivity and adequate stability according to its load condition. Stress design criterion and a method to optimize octagonal ring based on finite element method (FEM) are proposed. Full-load stress distributions in P and F directions of 3 octagonal-ring transducers are studied by FEM, and the stress prediction precision of FEM is validated by experimental calibration. Experiment results suggest that the FEM predicted max stress is less than the stress design criterion both in P direction and in F direction. The average relative errors are all less than 20%. With fully loaded stress distributions of octagonal-ring sensor, results from FEM are of contribution to optimize transducer structure. Compared with conventional experimental method, analysis based on FEM is efficient and intuitionistic, and can supply theoretical guidance to design a transducer.

Abstract: A CAN-Bus protocol analysis and verification method with three key aspects which are static analysis, dynamic analysis and verification &control is put forward. Static analysis ascertains the communication information of each node by bus residual method; Synchronous contrast method is put in use to obtain practical and effective control protocol in the dynamic analysis; Verification &control is to verify the correctness of the analytical protocol and to achieve the control of the critical subsystems by bus gateway system. This scheme has been used to analyze a foreign parallel hybrid powertrain system, and it proves the correctness of the designed static analysis and dynamic analysis, the applicability of verification &control.

Abstract: The hydraulic-servo system of mould is a typical two-dimensional hydraulic-servo system, what stored among pass way was handed in and uniting interfering with between every pass way of the system. Because of the connection of the load system, output and control of every pass way influencing each other, cause the coupling of load, influence the system, even cause the systematic instability. This text apply on coupling and decoupling principle, mutual interference problem of many pass way that exists in the hydraulic system of mould, is studied by decoupling compensation control. Through the theory pushing over, we bring forward the decoupling compensation method, which can solve mutual interference problem. Have verified the feasibility of this method in the real artificial experiment too, and can solve mutual interference problem in the hydraulic and systematic of mould effectively.

Abstract: Most agricultural machines cultivating in greenhouse use diesel engine or gasoline engine as the prime mover, they can make pollutions to crops and their growing environment easily with the emissions, lead, dust and other harmful substances at work, at the same time, most of them exit the problems of inconvenient to operate, labor intensity and big noise etc. To solve these problems, a kind of new miniature remote controlled led electric tractor was proposed in this paper, which is suitable for the plow work in greenhouse. Besides, this paper also researched into the spatial layout of this machine and built the 3-D model, the main parts of this machine’s electric driving system and the calculation of their parameters were finished. Based on these, a prototype was made, and preliminary road and field tests were did. The results showed that the prototype can complete normal remote plow work, simultaneously with the advantages of low carbon environmental protection, low operating costs, easy operation and low noise.
