Abstract: In this paper, two kinds modes of the mobile robot made fire caterpillar method are presented, manual control and automatic control,can this not only make it have the performance of the movement in cross-country, but also realize the early warning and effective extinguishing the fire by carrying the flame using sensors and connecting rod type fire extinguishing actuators.This paper introduce the robot structure design, fire extinguishing actuators, control system design, operation analysis and the realization of two-way control mode , provide the reference for minitype ground mobile robot and the related technology research.

Abstract: The temperature of the gun chamber interior wall is an important parameter for the research of the gun barrel life, and the heat transfer by conduction rule between the barrel interior and exterior wall can be ensured by measurement extrapolation method or method of finite element. By choosing a suitably, designed a measurement device of the gun barrel temperature which can be used to measure and memorize the exterior wall temperature of the gun barrel.

Abstract: The structure and working principle of motion control system for a three-wheel mobile robot was designed in this paper, it make use of hierarchical control method. AT89S52 was selected as core - controller of bottom control system, completing the structural design of the robot, system's hardware and software design. Through experimental tests, the robot motion control meet the intended requirements.

Abstract: In this paper, an intelligent monitoring management system of tower crane is designed based on PLC and WinCC. As the core of tower crane electrical control unit, PLC processes the data from sensors and transmits the operation parameters to WinCC configuration screens for real-time display. The system can give the alarm when overweight, high torque or too large inclination happens, and anti-collision self-learning function is added in the system. The experiments prove that the system can play a good role in tower crane safety protection.

Abstract: This paper put forwards the overall design idea and scheme for ESD simulator console, which conducts analysis on the two key technologies of motion control system, i.e. control motor and programmable control. In this paper, test comparison regarding the experiment of repeatability of air discharge current wave form of ESD simulator has been conducted. The results indicated that repeatability of air discharge current wave forms has been improved to some extent.

Abstract: MEMS are the manufacturing of a wide variety of items that are mechanical and electronic in nature. This paper describes a capacitive accelerometer technology using sense element structures. The sense element consists of a symmetrically flat plate of mass supported by four L shaped cantilevers, beams and frameworks. Capacitor plates located on the surface are used to detect the displacement. By using the finite element analysis method to build a model, analyzing the maximal displacement of mass, resonant frequency and stress of cantilever beam with different length, width and thickness.

Abstract: This paper proposes a Fuzzy Control strategy of magnetic levitation bearing rotor according to the mixed magnetic levitation bearing. Combined with electromagnetic winding working principle, this paper uses the self-sensing displacement self-diagnosing system instead of the special displacement sensor, makes a no sensor self-diagnosing magnetic suspension control system, controls the system by the fuzzy PID (proportional, integral and differential) controller, and builds a mathematical model of the control system. Analyzing the fuzzy rules and fuzzy control principle of the fuzzy PID controller setting parameters, this paper has a fuzzy simulation for the system.

Abstract: Main common technologies of music playing robots are presented based on a xylophone playing robot design and implementation. The research on the common technologies for music playing robots discussed overall arrangement, mechanism structure, transmission mode, control system, music program environmental sensing, behavior, behavior and strategy. Some factors of effecting on music playing robots are discussed. A xylophone-playing robot is analysed and its common technologies are introduced. The xylophone-playing robot realized unmanned playing music via the expectant music control program.

Abstract: This paper introduced actuality and developing direction of manufacture technology in spacecraft base on the application of CAD/CAM integrated technique, described the integrated designing process according to the requirements that the control and display parts of spacecraft must meet the conditions of the resistance to mechanical environment, thermal, EMC, anti-radiation and process feasibility, presented the applied method on integrated technique based on Pro/E, and induced the working flow of CAD/CAM integrated technique in the control and display parts of spacecraft. This paper is helpful in pushing further study on the application of integrated technique in the control and display parts of spacecraft.

Abstract: The authors have researched on the communication protocols and the diagnostic modes used by the second generation of On-Board-Diagnosis (OBD-II) system and put forward a project scheme of automotive fault real-time alarming system based on OBD-II system. The Total Control Unit (TCU) of the alarming system, the signal conversion module between TCU and OBD-II system, the preliminary expert system of automotive fault diagnosis, LCD display system and phonic broadcast system have been developed. Test results on sample machines prove that the alarming system can successfully acquires data stream & trouble codes from automotive electronic control unit, so the expert system can comprehensively analyze potential fault causes and provide the driver with solutions. The fault causes and solutions can be displayed on LCD and converted into voice by text-to-speech module. The wide spread of the alarming system would effectively reduce the costs of vehicle operation and maintenance and greatly improve the vehicle road safety.
